Absolutely spectacular service. My sister got a flat tire a couple miles down the road and we brought the rim to replace the bad tire. Not only did we get a new tire mounted and balanced for less than the previous place would have charged for just the tire, but the man even drove out of his way to our car and changed the tire for us for no extra charge, and wouldn’t take the money I offered him for doing that. Definitely restored some of my faith in humanity. 10 out of 10 recommend this place. The world needs more good people like this.

I heard the sound when I tried to brake during the drive to pizza place around 5, and then I remembered last inspection check, the guy did mention I may need brake work for front and back brakes. It was late, most shops I called are closing... so I called Mr. Tire place, Ed said coming down, and he would fix for me. I got there 6:27, 3 mins before closing time, and he stayed with another tech for extra hour fixed my brake, and told me that only my rear brake needs to be changed, that my front brake is still pretty good.... reasonable price and good service, highly recommend.

Ed was amazing! I had a flat tire due to hitting a curb and he came to my location within 5-10 mins! Once we figured the pump wouldn’t work, he made a suggestion that he could go back to the shop to grab the tire and come back to my location. Once he did that it took literally 2 mins to put the space tire on. He saved me hundreds of $$ in towing!! Thank you Ed!!! 😁

Excellent service!! We had a flat tire right before our 4th of July vacation and they were closing up. Luckily the staff is amazing and they jacked the car up for a new tire and helped us out!!!

They fixed my BMW x3 and inspected it. And they were less expensive than Keeler! These guys were the only ones who had my size tires between Albany and Schenectady. I was quoted an incorrect price and the owner gave me a great price anyway. He put on all 4 new tires, mounted and balanced within an hour. And he gave me a deal so I can get my struts changed. He even spoke to my husband and explained everything to him without getting upset or having an attitude. They were great to me. They could have tried to take advantage, but they didnt. They will see me again soon!

I went in last week with a deflated tire, the TPMS light turned on, and the engine light turned on. First I called them to see if they would be able to check whats going on and they were happy to take me in. Once I got there, there was no wait time, they immediately started working on my car. I really appreciated them giving me updates every step of the way. They first checked my flat tire for a leak, then they checked if there was nail. When that was cleared, they asked me for more information to check how often my tire was losing air. Turns out all 4 of my tires were completely fine and the gauge I was using to fill my tires was faulty. As a precaution they even changed the stem valve of the tire without charging me for anything. I definitely recommend going to them for your car troubles, they are completely transparent about whats going on and do not charge you unnecessarily.

I went to Mr tire because my check engine light came on. I actually followed my mechanic from his previous employer to this location. I mean seriously when you find a mechanic you can trust you got a hold on, lol. The gentleman that helped me checked my car told me what the problem was let me know that if the light comes back on what steps he would take to correct that and didnt charge me a thing. so many places want to charge you just for hooking your car up to a computer and that was not the case when I went to Mr tire.As a woman I always feel like mechanics see you coming from a mile away and already have a prepared list of things that theyre going to tell you is wrong with your car. It was nice to not feel that way.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I went in to get an Inspection on 1/30/2021 and dealt with Josh, the Manager working that day. Mind you, my car doesnt need any work done, but of course, within 5 minutes of my vehicle being on the lift and no wheels taken off, I was told my brakes were bad and that my vehicle would not pass inspection. At that same time I was handed an estimate for $497 and felt like I was expected to get the work done then and there like I had no choice. I declined right then and there. Once the car was done and I was reluctantly paying, the Manager then brought it up again mentioning that the brakes being offered came with a lifetime warranty. My brakes have 6k miles on them and have absolutely nothing wrong with them and was confirmed by the shop that re inspected the vehicle and passed it. This shop tried to scam me and was extremely unprofessional in doing that. If this is the way this shop does business then they should really evaluate their employees and customer service.

Absolutely amazing service at Mr.Tire. I’ve been here at this location twice now for a flat tire and there service cannot be matched. They handled the situation with the utmost of respect and amazing customer service. They even remembered me the second time I came back. The staff and services really are the nicest and the best option to go for all your tire needs. Not to mention the prices here are great compared to others like good year who will overcharge you like crazy.

I bought 4 tires a month ago...they r great! I ran over something and my front tire was flat, I got there at 5:50 and they close at 6pm, they took me in right away and plugged my tire!I made an appointment for an inspection, they took me in right away, and was done in under 15 min!I would recommend them !

I was looking for two front used car and by chance made a stopover at Mr. Tires. He showed me two used tires and I said I will come tomorrow. One tire was sold old when I went the other day. I short I made another visit to see if there are used tires. Joe welcomes me like anything and suggested to put new tires which he will give on nominal prices and I agreed. He took very good care of my car professionally, got tires changed and also did some break adjustment from rear but asked me that he are a stopover and he will fix the breaks. I went again and he did great job. Joe and his team is highly skilled and I don’t hesitate to recommend anyone to visit himAnd he will not disappoint. The atmosphere is great, neat and clean waiting area with no bad adore, clean rest room. This was my ever first time to visit Mr. Tire and Joe provided outstanding customer service. Had an appointment scheduled for 2pm, walked in at 2 and went up to the front desk, owner told me that someone would be with me shortly. Completely acceptable. I continued standing there waiting for someone. Customer came up and started leaning on the counter next to me. The owner then came out and yelled at me for not following social distancing. I would like to add that I had a mask on, as did the customer next to me. The owner did not have a mask on, nor did the other employee at the front desk. I sat down and said sure. Waited 20 minutes before getting acknowledged that I was waiting. I then got told that the person I spoke to the previous day on the phone did not enter my appointment in correctly and they couldn’t help me until the next day. I asked if they could do anything about the price because of this and they quoted $18 per wheel for mounting and balancing. Not enough of a discount for the trouble that I had to go through while the owner talked down to me and swore at his employees. I would never recommend this place to anyone. All of the reviews I have read are glowing reviews about the owner and how he takes care of everyone. I just got yelled at and had to deal with him without a mask while he wasted my time. Will be taking my business elsewhere next time.Forgot to add that I literally just needed 4 spare wheels and tires mounted and balanced

If I could give a 0 star I would bad service workers said he couldn’t do a patch because my thread was too low then he says he can’t replace 1 tire he has to replace all 4 stay far away from these guys

Brought my truck into Joe at Mr.Tire to have him check vibration when the truck was at high speed. Joe was very welcoming and did a great job explaining the issues that I was experiencing and how he could help me out. He also did an overall check on the vehicle and recommended some small maintenance items that were needed that I didnt even know about. The job was done in a very timely fashion and Joe was in communication all along the way. I was skeptical at first in just bringing it to someone I never dealt with before, but moving forward, I will have a hard time bringing my truck anywhere else. Really awesome job by Joe and his team and I look forward to working with them in the future!!!

Amazing service! I had to get my brakes and rotors replaced and have a brake flush done. Joe was so upbeat and had a positive attitude. He got my car in right away and it was done fairly quick. I will definitely be coming back here when we need something done.

Joe and team were fantastic. Anyone with half a brain knows how rude it is to bring in a product (that you bought online) to a place that sells said product and ask them to work on it. Well I did just that. Bought tires online and brought them in to be mounted and balanced. Even when I had an issue with said tires, Joe and the crew there went above and beyond on a busy afternoon just to make sure I was taken care of. Their service was fast and courteous, definitely worth the money.

We had to replace the battery It was kinds of emergency because we had to fix our car within today to go back home. Service was efficient, everything was done within an hour. Joe was also clear with the price. But If you want to make a reservation, please make sure to call. Do not use the online reservation, because system seems not to work well.

From out of town, I looked up the best places to get an oil change. Google recommended Mr.Tire and they did not disappoint. A bustling, courteous, professional atmosphere with quick service. Along with the oil change, it turns out I needed both front tie rods replaced. It was all done at once and the car once again drives like a dream. More than just tires ... exceptional service.

I hit a pot hole and pop my front tire, drive in and Joe was already there to help me fix my tire. I’m a student so joe gives me the best pricing possible and also did a wheel alignment and brake check. He make sure that’s it’s perfectly save before I hit the road. Stunning service; When you get your luxury item fixed you can expect excellence and quality from the owner, Joe and the well spoken and very personable Laura. I have so much information on how to go about getting my car fixed and ready for the winter, that I will now get to pick away at with them.Also the inside shop looks like a 1964 aesthetic that I felt the only thing missing was a man in a pin stripped suit, smoking a cigarette, reading a news paper.A proper place to go for a candour experience.

Not from the area I was having a problem with one of my tires and unlike some other big name tire places Mr Tire was able to look at my vehicle almost immediately on a Saturday morning. The tire was quickly diagnosed and ended up having to take it to the dealer to get fixed (it was a cracked rim).Joe and his team provided excellent customer service and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. I would highly recommend taking your car and specifically asking for Joe. He is very knowledge and honest. I would have not reservations going back to Mr Tire for any tires related needs.

Came in worried that my maintenance required light was on. Employee, Elijah, was incredibly helpful and immediately recognized the problem. It was a simple oil change that needed to be done, and they got me in that day and was finished before I knew it. It it wasn’t for Eli I would be running on fumes! Joe (the manager) was able to get me in within an hour of popping a tire on the thruway around the corner. I have come by a few times and every time he’s been great, and with great prices and high quality service. (Not to mention he’s a really nice guy and quick with a joke). He even gave me the hook up for a parts store nearby to get a new headlight assembly cheap (as mine is out). Seriously there’s nowhere better to go if you’re in the Albany area! 10/10 would recommend.

I came here for a tire issue after dealing with and resolving a battery issue. Joe was friendly helpful and straightforward with what my car did and did not need. Affordable and got in the same day after completely destroying my tire. Only thing I’d say is don’t come if you’re in a rush or pressed for time. They appear to have been short staffed, but are so nice and helpful so the inevitable rude comments and attitudes from people who are in a rush would not be helpful. Called the morning of and Joe was extremely friendly. The tech and associate that were present when I went were great. Would recommend.

A huge shout out to Mr Joe Perry and crew. I was travelling with my family and picked up a nail in the rear tire of my truck. I got a screw in my tire while I was traveling in upstate NY and needed a quick last minute place to get my tire patched. I was able to make a last minute Sunday appointment at Mr. Tire. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and they fixed my tire quickly for no cost because my tires were still under warranty. I highly recommend this service center!
