Bob is the absolute best! Not only is he professional but he gets the job done right the first time around. His prices are competitive. I have gone to many different places before I finally found Bob and Im not going anywhere else!

We were in town for the weekend dropping our son off to college. On the way down from our long drive my sons jeep blew a muffler. The drop off went well but I had to get the muffler fixed before leaving. After checking multiple vendors I settled with Bob at Meineke Right away, on the phone I realized this was someone I trusted. Bob was professional, informative, knowledgeable and fair in pricing. He went thru in detail all viable parts and pricing. That’s rare that a mechanic will do that !! You could tell Bob is a hard worker …. End result was a quality replacement/ repair finished ahead of his estimated time also it was a great value. I take great comfort in knowing that I have a long distance contact in Bob that i can reach back out to if my sons Jeep has future issues. Highly recommend !!!!

Tried to overcharge me by $300 (600 in total) then call me back and offer me a fake fix for 300... I went to another garage and he did the whole job including labor for 350 ... not 600

We were taken good care of by Bob over at Meineke. He took us in the day of and was able to fix a problem we were having with our ebrake without ordering any parts. He was also a bit busy that day but he stayed a half hour past closing trying to get us our car back before Sunday which was really nice of him.Edit:Turns out the job wasnt done properly. Less than a month later, our ebrake had the same issue so we had to take it to someone else and get it repaired again . Giving it 3 stars because Bob was nice and tried to help us out.

Very courteous staff. I had an emergency noise and issue and they got me in pretty quick. It was exactly as Id expected given the sound. They gave a very fair price on both parts and labor. Im generally one to keep loyalties to wherever I go for services and arrived there today since my usual shop was closed. Gotta, giving them a run for the money. I do recommend them. He even gave me good recommendations for unrelated services they dont do there.

Brought my car in for muffler issue. He did not try and sell me the most expensive. Was able to figure out a workaround and keep the cost way down. Work was done extremely fast extremely professional and I will definitely be going back for all my repairs. When you find a shop that doesnt try to take advantage of the people it is a rare occurrence and is great to recommend to everybody else. This is my first time using them but it definitely will not be my last.

Great place, had a weird sound happen to my car during a turn and I brought it here on a Saturday and Bob was able to look it over and give me a peace of mind that nothing is wrong with my car. Would definitely recommend, Bob was great, would not force work that wasn’t needed and he was honest and upfront about it all. Will definitely bring my car back in for future needs. It’s also great that they are open Saturdays.

Well, I didnt call for regular work. Bob answered. I called to see if I could get some small exhaust tubing scraps for my project, which is rebuilding a strut. When I explained this he cut me off and said we dont do that, not us, you need a speed shop and before I could clarify that I dont want them to rebuild the strut, I just want some scrap tubing, he cut me off and repeated Not us, we got insurance to worry about and then Bob HUNG UP ON ME. So, if you want someone who is neither understanding nor polite to service your needs, I highly recommend this shop.

I called about a check engine light and the man who answered was very rude, would not let me get what i had to ask out and told me he declined to work on my car because of a check engine light when that is exactly what i was calling to figure out how to fix!Never again! Work on your customer service guys!

Bob is notorious for bait and switch on the oil change. “We don’t offer a basic oil change” he will say. Also, make sure he doesn’t charge you an oil disposal fee. He’s gotten ticketed by the DEC before for charging an illegal fee.
