They were quick to replace the battery for my SUV and took me in last minute. The price was about 20% lower than other places. It even came out a bit lower than the price they quoted me on the phone. Super polite and friendly.In contrast, I originally contacted the Kia dealership repair center in Albany. They took a message, I called, I used the chat function. I waited. Finally, I just got my battery replaced at Lawtons, I am now back, and they still have not gotten back to me.

They make sure to listen to you and make sure you understand. Everyone there has a lot of experience.
