I have to say that everyone was super nice and helpful. I have to give Dave from the service department a HUGE thank you! I had some car trouble for a bit, I was put in a loaner the entire time. He kept me updated and I always felt like I was being taken care of and not just forgotten or ignored being that it was a stressful time. My RAM 1500 Quad Cab is the second vehicle I’ve leased from Armory, and just as the first experience this one was also fantastic. We were greeted by a sales rep Morgan Williams at the door and from that point on everything went smoothly and quickly. I don’t think I ever had service at Armory Garage since I only purchase vehicles from them. Based on my personal experience and reviews from many sites the service department was always rated sub par.However from my ordering the part I needed for the repair and scheduling the appointment for the repair part, this actually was a pleasant experience. The price quoted was honored, the time it was supposed to take for the repair was spot on. The people were friendly and quite professional. Not like years ago when I wouldn’t have them put air in my tires. But something has improved in the service department, I hope they continue giving good service.
I left my car for service and Marlon and the other guys and girl at the front desk were very attentive and professional as usual. My experiences with the Armory Service Department staff have always been enjoyable, and Im really glad I bought my car at Armory!

Knew exactly what Grand Cherokee I wanted and what I was willing to pay, including getting out of my current financed Jeep Cherokee. Got the vehicle I coveted for the price I was comfortable with. I just happened to be looking on Carfax for a used van. Found just what I wanted. Sent email and received a response that someone would call me Tuesday morning because of the holiday. Hannah called first thing in the morning and answered my questions. I basically bought it site unseen. Newer version of what I have now. She emailed application and then had Morgan and Preston talk to me. Preston was able to get me a lower interest rate and lower payment. I had to drive 3 1/2 hrs. to get it. Got there earlier than expected. Thought I would have to wait awhile but I was in and out within an hour. Great place to do business with. Very pleased with my purchase.

I brought my brand new Dodge Laramie there for service, I dropped it off. When I dropped it off, the service Rep. had a terrible attitude because I bought my truck out of state, and not from them. I was offered a loaner, which I signed papers and took because I had work. Within Forty five minutes of leaving the dealer, I have 10 missed calls from them. I returned their call, and spoke to the same service rep. And he proceeded to tell me that my brand new truck does not have a warranty. For that reason, he told me,rudely, I need to bring the loaner back right away.I told him that I am at work, and that I am about to go into a meeting, and I will be there as soon as I get done. He called me 15 minutes later AGAIN, and stated”if you don’t bring the vehicle back RIGHT NOW I am going to report the vehicle stolen!” I then requested FOUR times to speak to the manager and he refused me each time. I called chysler, and they told me my truck is fully covered bumper to bumper. I went through ALL of this just because racial issues and because I did not buy the truck from their dealership. Their service team is very sweet knife, and think they own the dealership, and do not allow you to speak to a manager. I do not recommend ANYONE to go there or a dealership like this, where you would have to go through all of this just because one employee can ruin and waste your entire day.
I had my jeep in to be fixed as the start stop light came on. It was assessed and needed a new starter. The new starter was defective. I was told it would be in the next day. It took one week to get my car back. I was given multiple stories on when it would be completed. I had to be the one to call and ask for updates. Their lack of communication was not ok.Ill find another dealership in the future
As always, the folks in the Service department are efficient, explain everything that you need to know and are very friendly. I would highly recommend to everyone that they purchase their vehicles at Armory and then have them serviced there. They are the best!

All the staff were great and friendly. This is true of most any dealer so it’s not exclusive to Armory but their prices are really way off target. If I was agreeable I would have left paying over $700 for a $400 service. Just pay attention when you go there for service. Either be under warranty or use a trusted mechanic so you aren’t completely robbed blind.

I was extremely impressed by everyone that I worked with at this dealership. Especially Ray and David. I’ve had an extremely hard time finding the exact vehicle I wanted to trade up into. They not only had the exact vehicle I wanted but made it so easy to get into it. First thing SERVICE what a great experience. I had a trade they worked with me to get me where I wanted to be. We looked at a couple vehicles and my sales consultant Morgan was very knowledgeable and if he didnt know something he was quick to look it up. They got me approved with one of the banks they deal with even with less than perfect credit. They let me know what was going on during the paperwork process. The paperwork was painless very easy to understand. Im very happy with my new jeep wrangler. Thanks to Morgan. Will be coming back for service and later on another great deal!
The staff at this dealership are great. I unfortunately had to get a new car after my other Jeep was on its last leg but David was great with getting what I needed, acquiring a reasonable deal and being genuine. We had great conversation as a salesperson as well as just being him! Definitely recommend this dealership for future purchases. They are efficient as well as thoughtful about your questions and inquiries you may have.
Don’t go to Armory Auto looking for a deal or let alone someone to help you. Waited 30 minutes in the lobby with multiple people walking past without even a hello. Finally a guy in the service department brought me to a hallway full of sales people and the people in the office huffed as the service guy asked if there was someone who could help me. Waited another five minutes to be asked if I was being helped, I replied no but that I was hoping to purchase a vehicle tonight. They had the vehicle I wanted but wouldn’t match another dealers price and let me walk out without even trying to give me a better offer. Just did KBB and JD Power quotes and they are charging $3,000 more than suggested MSRP and they aren’t even a Honda dealership.
My husband and I had the BEST experience at Armory when we bought our Jeep Gladiator. Mike Dougherty showed us excellent customer service throughout the entire purchase experience. I generally try to do as much online as possible and avoid the dreaded sales experience, but decided to call a jeep sales representative directly because of severe inventory limitations. I called around to 4 dealerships in my area and literally every dealer takes forever to reply and starts high on the offer price. They had the most cars in stock and learned that their sales reps dont work off commission! Ive leased 5 cars before so I know how to calculate a fair lease price. After contacting Armory, and working with Lisa Stewart - I asked her to give me their best and final offer as I dont want to haggle. That text started at 11am and I was on their lot at 4:30pm to sign papers with Sal Iardella - everything was agreed upon over text. Thanks to both Lisa and Sal for a top notch experience.

This Place is top notch they had everything you could expect from a service center. They had great communication they kept me in the loop on what was going on. Only thing i could say it’s a bit pricy but at the same time they had to chase wires throughout my car and that just takes time. I would highly recommend brining your car in very happy with the results.

Sales team is Amazing,just don’t use there service dept. family has purchased 6 vehicles and sales team is great. This is first time using the service dept and has been nothing but a disaster. Loaner car turned out to be a rental that cost me,half the recall work was done but no parts for other recalls. Front U joints under warranty but request I do brake job first. Do brake job and parts are in for recalls,but can’t get truck in for another 2 weeks to do recalls and warranty U joints. Pretty confident they will find something else to charge me for while doing front U joints and recalls. That’s if in 2weeks they actually keep my appointment and do the work. So now I have truck with new brakes and bad U joints so can’t drive it for 2 weeks of which I’m on vacation for 1 of the weeks with no truck.

I worked with nick in service and when he called me I was broken down on 87 having a panic attack and he was more than helpful. He worked with me and my mother both since she was helping pay for my car. Was super transparent about everything my car needed and got it back to me in a timely manner considering the issues at hand. I will continue to go back to nick when I need service and he deserves a raise.
The work was great. The only thing that annoyed me was that on line, a 4 wheel allignment was priced at $129.00, and to my surprise they quoted $161.95 at the counter. However, they did do a great job.
Oil change/tire rotation service was completed timely, but I was overcharged $10+ from the coupon. $75 coupon, add $16 for two extra quarts of synthetic oil, add 8% tax, and total still less than the $110+ charged.
Nick was my service assistant. My car broke down on 87 and I was having a panic attack and he was more than helpful. he talked back and forth with me and my mom who was helping pay for my car, and was very transparent with my cars issues. He got everything done within a pretty decent time frame considering the problems at hand. Car isn’t shutting down anymore so that’s a plus. I’ll ask for nick every time I go back for service.
The staff here is excellent and they always have a great selection with reasonable prices. Cant say enough about this place. If you havent given them a try, you might want to consider them for your next auto purchase. You wont be disappointed.
Would give this place zero stars if it would let me. Sales person I met with didn’t want to give me the time of day and it was so clear/ treated me like a child through whole discussion. My family and I will never give this place our business and will always recommend everyone to NOT go here. Go to Goldstein jeep significantly better customer service and buying experience for anyone.

I went in on a Saturday looking at at 2011 Jeep and the lowest price they offered me was 10,500 on an asking price of 10997. I told them that they were overpriced compared to a dealership about 10 minutes away where the same vehicle 1 year newer with fewer miles was 9500. I went and looked at that one and bought it for my child. The next day I looked at their website and they had dropped the asking price down 1500. How about next time a customer is telling you your competition has better prices you look into it on the spot and offer the customer the vehicle at that price instead of lowering your price to $9497 the next day and letting the customer walk out the door. Not impressed with this level of customer service.
Excellent customer service by Sal and Preston and team. I did not feel pressured and both were thorough. Website accurately reflected stock and I’m glad I jumped on the purchase/deal when I did because judging by the activity in their showroom, they are busy. I think due to the pandemic situation, stock is lower than usual (not their fault) but better than other dealerships closer to where I live. Will absolutely recommend Armory.
The experience I had with Joe and Carolyn at the the Armory Chrysler Jeep and Dodge Ram Fiat of Albany, was so stress free, peaceful, and welcoming. The two sale reps that I worked with were so confident in getting me driving into a vehicle that when they did succeed I thought it was a dream that I was going to awake from, but it wasnt it was real with all of my bad credit history and low funds the two made it happened. It was also so all quick and convenient!!!!

My Jeep was ordered from the factory in Toledo, Ohio and Jason would call me every 2 weeks with updates on the order. He was even able to upgrade my order to a 2021 Jeep Wrangler High Altitude for the same price when my 2020 order was held up due to COVID-19. I couldnt have been more satisfied as a customer and highly recommend him for your next purchase or lease.
Was a great delivery but truck had a dent in the door and engine compartment was real dirty. Bill noted it and the truck is going back for repairs and upgrades.

I felt zero pressure it was it was a entirely comfortable transaction where I was given what I believe my vehicle was worth and rolled out within a few hours in a 2021 Rubicon in the exact color that I wanted. The sales rep Billy was attentive and helped me days later work through some of the tech in the vehicle. I am full on A Jeep person at this point. I love my gladiator.

Lady that took us in at the service area was very kind. I had to wait with my 5 month old and 2 year old which was an experience in and of itself but luckily there was plenty of seating. My toddler got fussy and started crying and I think it was the maintenance man that went and found my husband and son to give him fruit snacks to help cheer him up! I thought it was the sweetest gesture
Great recent Jeep sales experience at Armory dealing with Lisa Stewart in internet leads and buttoning up the deal with Billy Comtois in sales. The market for new and used cars is crazy right now and I found that most dealers are definitely worse than usual given that this is a sellers market. But Lisa and Billy at Armory gave us a no-hassle experience which my wife and I truly appreciated. We were looking at buying a specifically optioned Jeep that we knew we would have to special order and they didnt bat an eye on giving us a best in town deal and getting the order in. Billy also did a great job in quickly responding to our nagging for status updates along the way.Too often dealers will try to get you to compromise in order to take whats on the lot but they recognized right away that the best way to go was a special order. In my experience if you are fair and reasonable with them they respond in kind. Time is money and they certainly saved some of mine by making it easy! No tacked on fees or other BS when it came time to signing the paperwork either. I wouldnt hesitate to deal with them again on a future purchase.
We’ve been to multiple dealerships in the Hudson Valley before we came to Armory Garage. Our salesman Mike Dougherty was knowledgeable and extremely customer oriented which is a rarity in this day and age. We would and have recommended Armory and the team to our friends. Very friendly, pleasurable car buying experience.
I felt everything went great for the sale, and the salesman Morgan Williams was fantastic. I was also working with a Lisa Stewart, who I believe is a sales manager. I would have to say my experience with her customer service was poor. I tried several times to get in touch with her and left numerous messages regarding the back of the vehicle in pieces when I opened the trunk(even sent her photos). Armory did make the repairs the next day, but I would not recommend them after the lack of customer service from the sales manager.

J. at Armory Jeep to make the introductions, and we headed over where another service writer (whose name escapes me) took our information and got things rolling while A. J. came in and took care of everything. The diagnosis was made, the work was done, we were able to spend a little more time with our friends, and we still were able to keep our dinner reservations in NYC. Thanks, Armory, for saving the rest of our vacation!

I dont live super close to Albany but I couldnt find the vehicle I was looking for in my area. Armory had exactly what I was looking for. Carolyn was super cool and very helpful. Financing was a breeze. I went in on a Friday and due to my scheduling, they allowed me to pick it up Tuesday. Very friendly staff and the place is immaculate. Even the bathrooms are super clean. They have a large selection of vehicles and a HUGE service department. They have a nice, airconditioned waiting room with a TV. They also have a coffee machine. I enjoyed several Mochachinos!First day with my new vehicle! Lets hope their 5 star rating they got from me holds water!!

I had a good experience with them after I moved upstate and needed my Jeep Compass serviced. So I I purchased a Jeep Renegade from Armory. Today, I had the Renegade serviced for the first time. They are always polite and helpful. I really like going there. The vehicles didn’t take too long. Tire rotation, oil change and they wash the car.
Just took delivery of a new Ram TRX yesterday. I worked with Patrica, David, and Lisa, with David being my main sales guy. I have to say that I could not be any happier with the entire process. I traded in a 2015 Rebel for what I think was a very fair price. I am from Connecticut and have not worked with this dealer before but they treated me like a valuable and loyal customer. Because of that they now have Gained a valuable and loyal customer for the rest of my RAM and Jeep buying days! I highly recommend this dealership.
I contacted Armory to test drive a car they advertised. i spoke to Patricia, we set up a appointment and she confirmed it with 2 emails, for Saturday morning 9:15 am. I arrived at 9:19 am, waited in the sales room, no approached me. I called her and told her I was in the Sales Area waiting for her. She came out a few minutes later with another sales rep and they informed me some one had already taken the car out for a test drive. They asked me if I wanted to wait and see if the person was interested. I said absolutely not, I have no interest in doing business with you. I went to another dealership and purchased a car. I will never do business with a company so lacking in integrity.
The service was excellent and the time spent waiting for my truck was pretty reasonable.
