I have used Kirk for years not knowing how much more expensive his insurance is compared to competitors. I decided to shop around and found a better rate, I told him to cancel my account and nothing, he waited until my insurance was canceled due to not paying. I was forced to pay for a month extra of insurance that I didn’t use, all thanks to scam artist Kirk for not canceling my account when I asked him to. Shop around and don’t use Kirk as your agent.

Came over to Kirk at Allstate a few months back. Has been great. Same coverages I had before and more for a lower rate. Kirk is a great guy and I recommend him to everyone.

There has not been a time where Kirk has not bent over backwards to make sure: 1. That he provided me with the best rate on my auto insurance, Home Owners and/or rental insurance. 2. If I had a question he would always take the time to make sure he answered all my questions and made sure I understood each one! 3. If I left a message for Kirk to call back, he always did to my utmost satisfaction and in a very timely manner. 4. It is not just the Allstate company BUT THE AGENT THAT MAKES Allstate the company it is! 5. If it wasnt for Kirk Im not sure I would have picked Allstate as my insurance company! 6. Kirk is the MAIN REASON I stay with Allstate!!!!!!!!
