The Albany office staff are always professional and helpful finding us the best affordable insurance. I, myself, have gone through Corwin insurance for many years and havent had any problems at all. Quick to process claims when needed. I would recommend without hesitation.

They’re a cheap good company that can give you an SR22 without a vehicle. I like that a lot. Not many company’s will do that for you. HOWEVER, I have never once been able to reach the Albany office via phone during their normal business hours. Super frusterating as a consumer. I work the same hours they’re open and can’t get there. Other than that they’re great.

I went in to see about changing insurance companies and got a good price online with Progressive so I wanted to talk to someone face to face. It is a fairly small office but it has 3 desks in the front then at least 2 side offices. There were baby toys everywhere and one of the offices was a baby room, really unprofessional. I stand there for 15 minutes and wait to talk to the only person in the office who is helping the person in front of me. She sits there and small talks with the person instead of actually doing work and getting him through so I could spend money there. I went at 4pm on a weekday, probably should have more than 1 person working. They lost my business, if there are people waiting chit chatting about nonsense isnt professional and neither is baby toys everywhere.
