I have not had any issues with my account. I would say that your billing system sometimes get confusing. I often pay my bill much ahead of time. Then, when I later receive a bill in the mail, I’m not sure if my payment was received or is this an automatic mailing. The good part is that I have never been charged twice in the end.Thanks for the outstanding service.
I have been with Allstate for well over 35 or 40 + years. My mother started me off with you by letting me pay half the monthly bill. Her name was Victoria D. Jolivette. She taught us to love Allstate, even way back then I knew that we were in good hands.
I was paying $135.00 too much a month. It was a great company but penalizing good drivers for bad driving mistakes of others is not the way to do business.
