I used to love this company for their outstanding service; but now they are nothing special.

I submitted a viable water damage claim an they set up a video chat to take pics but the set appt time was not kept, 2 hours of my time wasted!! then i was told arecn adjustor would call to set up an actual appraisal. Nope, no call, no show a week later. Meanwhile the open foundation wall was taking on water for days making the damage worse. I wouldnot

I have been with Amica for many years, my family has been with them since 1954. The customer service is fantastic. I have had several claims and they were handled promptly and fairly. I would highly recommend Amica for Auto and Home insurance.
