Theyre very professional and the assist. manager is sweet. Im waiting to see if they accept my app. Murray Rentals is very thorough about checking all references etc. I believe thats why they have such a good rep. in Albany

I love Annette she is amazing. She has always answered our calls instantly and whenever we have a issue in our home she sends people out instantly to help. She has always been kind and courteous to us and I cant even understand the bad reviews because she is a very sweet lady.

Very friendly staff, especially Annette. Wonderful home at an unbeatable rate. Always quick to respond to maintenance calls and other general issues. Highly recommended.

Worst place ever to live in.... They constantly harrass anyone under 75

I was extremely polite and nice when I tried to drop off my application and I got a letter saying I was “arguing” with them and that I got declined. When I would call and ask questions I would get cut off before I could talk.They have bad ratings for good reason.

The assistant manager we met was very nice. She even got in her car to show us an Appartment.

Murray Rentals is an awful rental company. Annette Murray tried to illegally evict me when I was renting from her. She denied me my legal right to an accommodation for a companion animal and presented me with an eviction notice. She illegally searched my unit, discriminated against me based on my disability, and asked my doctor to provide her with information that she is not entitled to as a landlord. The physical aspects of the fourplex I rented from is cheap and management is lazy. There were multiple things broken in the unit when I moved in and it took management months to fix. Do not rent from Murray Rentals.

Mrs Murray is rude disrespectful.
