Something about this location the staff are really just harassing and being lazy and rude. I give you 1 year before you have to close the doors.

Rhiannon in Alamogordo NM store was very helpful in getting bill straightened out. Rhiannon was very knowledgable. She helped me get in touch with customer service. I spoke with a Katherine in customer service who was also very helpful.

The one employee there was clearly overwhelmed and had no help. She had to call customer service twice to assist people and it didnt sound like those customers were getting anywhere. I stayed maybe 30 minutes and when the line didnt move forward at all in that time I left.

The store helped us in this time get a new phone. Were professional and courteous.

Rhiannon, is wonderful Consultant. She has a wealth of knowledge on the products. She answers all of your questions in a way that you understand.

Service was great. Helped me find an auxiliary to USB c adapter that I have not been able to find anywhere. Also helped review my account to make sure we were up to date.

The young lady that works there is extremely helpful. Shes very patient. This is the best Verizon store I have ever been in. I refuse to go to the store on south White Sands. Please dont ever think about closing this store.

Like most other places in town, when you own the Monopoly your workers tend to not care much about customer service!
