They wanted to charge $36 for a basic single-length buzz cut with no fade. That’s predatory pricing.

I have a teenage son that has sensory sound issues and cant have the noise of electric buzzers near his ear. This is the ONLY place that he can get a scissors only hair cut and it come out looking how it should. Other places butcher his hair and never get the cut right. This is definitely the best place for us and we wont go anywhere if we cant go here!!

Kristi gave me one of the best haircuts of my life! Really friendly and positive, she recommended a new cut for me and it turned out great! Hot towel and wash, I am extremely pleased with this establishment. Great service!

Find a different location. I Came in and waited for about 10 mins before getting my haircut. Well getting my haircut the hairstylist asked when the last time I showered was and how my hair was so greasy. Extremely rude. And not only that I told him a simple hair cut to do by just shaving sides down to a 3 and he did a fade. Then I had to correct him and he messed up on shaving the sides and made it uneven. I do not recommend going here or especially the one in alamo. The one in San Ramon I’ve gotten good haircuts at but please please don’t waste your money at this location. Very disappointed and rude.

I LOVE my hairdresser, Yvette. She’s been cutting my hair for 10 years and I followed her to 4 different salons. This location however just got a new manager, Yvonne. First time to meet her and I was so unimpressed with how rude and un-accommodating. I had made an appointment at 1:00 earlier and about an hour before, I called and changed it to 1:30. When I arrived, I was greeted by the new manager. I told her I have an appointment and when she checked, she told me that Yvette was double booked and I’ll have to wait. This is not a problem, I explained, but when I tried to understand what happened and the reaction I received escalated quickly, I tried to shake her hand, she refused and told me not to force her to do things. I’ve been insulted in the past, but over something like this and by a new manger who should be building relationships in a new store, I was quite taken aback. I will continue to come because of Yvette but I’ll certainly avoid talking to this new manger.

Best cut I have ever had. I definitely miss this place. Latisha cut my hair and she was a real gem. I was interning in SF for the summer and was staying in Walnut Creek. My hair is not the most easiest to cut, but she understood what I wanted and gave an amazing cut. She even wrote down things about the cut - like 3.5 blade on the front etc, So that I could use it the next time around. Good communication is useful but good cutting skills are precious. Apparently I realized Im not the only one who likes her as I saw people specifically ask for her and wait or make an appointment. I also tried the Supercuts in Walnut Creek and it was not good. You realize how bad the barber situation is when you goto New York and it makes you write a long awaited review in the middle of the night XD.

They do great haircuts

This place sucks. Was told 15 minutes and waited...for 50 until walking out. No apology and no communication.Went across the street to Fantastic Sams and had a much better experience.

The Asian lady is very polite, makes an effort to make small talk despite the accent, if only she stops pushing you to buy her hair products, this place could provide a lil more smoother experience 👌

Just had the worst haircut in my 30 years on this earth. It looks like someone hacked away at the side of my head with garden shears. I would have asked him to fix it if I didn’t know it would make it worse. My family literally laughed when i walked in the door. I need to go get a new haircut now.
