Rented a van and was very pleased with the service and with the cleanliness of the vehicle until I saw the bill two weeks later. Billed for insurance coverage which I specifically declined and spent 22 minutes on hold to get a refund. Recommend that you insist on getting a receipt when you turn in the vehicle.

I had to rent a truck in a pinch and the check in and out process is smart, efficient, contactless if you choose, and an absolute breeze. When I did have to engage with staff, they were friendly and super helpful. Cannot recommend this location enough, I will for sure keep coming back here.

If you have to store it, this is the place, nicest people to work with. Manager took the time to show me the facility, explain the plans, and where my locker would be. A+ all the way!

We were assigned a truck that was not a 24/7 ride share when we indicated a pick up time that was outside their office hours... It took us over an hour to get reassigned to a new truck at a different location, just because we were assigned the wrong type of truck.

Horrible. Closed for no reason with no warning. Do NOT reserve your uhaul here.
