Do not rent from UHaul in general! Especially this location. 2 different people stated they set me up a reservation only to drive all over for hours and spend my entire day trying to get to the 2 different locations and to than find out that these 2 people (who worked for Uhaul) did NOT set up a reservation at all! I have been so upset due to the fact that I only had until the end of the day to get all of my items moved and out of a storage unit. They did not even act like they cared to make the situation right. Now we shall see if my credit card has been charged more than once. Dont rent from UHaul if you want an easy transition! They will ruin your entire day!
