I never rate any business but when I saw a bad post about this agent I had to step up. I’m from Chicago and have had many insurance agents, including a bunch of State Farm ones. Not one even comes close to the customer service or attitude of Brittani and her staff. They are attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They will go out of their way and make time for you, as they have for me many times. I would never go to another agent as long as I reside in Alabama. Insurance rates will increase everywhere!! You can’t blame the agent for that. I recommend this agent to anyone and everyone. Has nothing to do with the service or friendliness but Brittani could also be Miss America but doesn’t have the bad attitude of many of the pretty girls these days.

This company is a joke. Rates go up and the agent offers to add homeowners insurance to help rates go down....why would I add more products to have the rates go back up later on. No thank you. Never did get a clear answer on why my rates went up...just a lot of guessing. Seems they were more concerned about not getting a negative google review more than anything else. For a company who states they will give back to customers, that’s a lie.You can talk all about rates and what not....but credit and driving history are on point. No way i would add another coverage in order to be charged more later down the road. Your efforts are insufficient. It’s clear that a tenured client is not a top priority for this company. I will make sure that people are aware to stay away from StateFarm and this insurance agency. Your only concern is money and your internet rating....not the customer. If you havent figured out by now, social media is a powerful influence.Your low blow shot about a new company going up was not necessary. The ALDOI will be receiving a consoling. Good luck. I will be transferring my acct to someone else.
