I left a competing insurance agency because of pitiful customer service so I didnt have high hopes for any agency to be frank, but when I swapped to Allstate with the Mcbrayer agency my whole outlook changed. My agent is Turner May and this guy is legit. His Customer service is way beyond expectations and a breath of fresh air after a horrible experience with a previous agency. They will absolutely do what it takes to keep you happy. I highly recommend them.
