We have been using Mainline since 2000. They come every 6 months to perform maintenance on our Trane unit. Rhett Smith has been coming here for several years. He is a great representative for Mainline. You will be glad that you called them for your HVAC needs.

Kevin Nichols is best, he is very professional, honest and works with best work ethic. Prompt in his service and gets things done and takes care of his customer. If I could give him 10 star I would. He is the best, great price on HVAC stands by their product and warranty and great reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone.

Woke up this morning so hot! I had no idea how hot, because the thermostat had gone out. I called Mainline Heating and Air Conditioning and the very nice technician walked me through reset, NO CHARGE!! So nice to deal with decent human beings. He could have come to my home and given me a huge bill for the service call on a Saturday. But no! He was a good guy and just gave me instructions like a friend. Highly recommend this company. Mainline Heating and Air!!

I am here to update my previous review. Kevin and his team installed a heat pump system for us. He did everything he could to make it right and we greatly appreciate it. Installation went great and he communicated with us through the whole process, competitive pricing. We can already tell a HUGE difference with the new system! Would definitely recommend Mainline Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.

Just had 3 units serviced, and one unit replaced by Mainline Heating and Air. Can’t say enough good things about the company and their employees. Punctual, nice, cost effective and absolutely knew what they were doing! Nick oversaw the new unit installation and Walter and Rhett did our service call and they were all great. Will use them for all our heating and cooling needs.

I would like to leave a proper review, however, Kevin came out two weeks ago to have a look at my system so he could get us a quote on replacing. Ive not heard from them since, hasnt responded to emails nor returned any voicemails. Great on scheduling an appointment....heard from him within an hour for scheduling, not great on follow up for service. Still awaiting my quote.

Mainline did a terrific job, we have been in this house for over 30 years and had 8 or 9 different H&A companies and Mainline was by far the best we have ever had. Their technician Nicholas, did a fantastic job and solved our problem very quickly.

Mainline was very easy to work with and reliable during the construction of my new house. Of the subs I used, they were one of the top ones I would recommend and use again. Matt accommodated my design and installation requests without issue; they honored their quote even after I made some tweaks in the equipment and duct layout.

I purchased their maintenance plans for the two AC and heating units at my home, based on a recommendation from a Builder who uses Mainline. They came out quickly, called ahead, and arrived right on time. The tech spent several hours going over both of my units to ensure they were in good working order. I have used other companies in the past, but none have ever been as meticulous as Mainline with their annual service and inspections. Great all around service and customer service.I had a small issue that I called them about a few weeks later. They came out within an hour of me calling and were able to get me back up and running in under 30 minutes. By far the best customer service of any heating and air company I have used. If you are like me and customer service is important to you, they are top notch.

I bought a new Lennox system from Lowes that was installed by Mainline with a satisfaction guarantee and the unit has not cooled my home since it was installed. The unit was installed after Mainline measured the home and selected the unit that would best cool, however the unit is too small and after Mainline has been to my home numerous times, the issue has not been addressed. The unit stops cooling and I have to do a hard reset for the air conditioner to come on. The unit struggles to cool below 74 degrees. We have to open the windows. The unit is too small for the square foot of the house. I continue after a year of seeking company assistance in resolving the problem and have yet to hear from anyone since my last call in the past two weeks.

I tried to get a quote from Mainline for a/c replacement. Neighbors highly recommended them. I made one appointment with Kevin to get a quote, when he didn’t show up as scheduled I called and he texted that he was in a class late but would call me later. Never received a callback. Called him a week later and left message that I still wanted a quote from Mainline. Again I never got a callback.Based on my experience with Mainline I can only assume they have all the business they want and they are not interested in my business. I’m glad I found out about there customer service before I had them do any work for me. I will never call them again. A waste of time!

Thank you Darryl!We had multiple HVAC companies come look at our system about 2 weeks ago. One of them opened a gas valve in our crawlspace that they thought was inactive. They left and our home started to fill up with gas. My wife was home with the dog and didnt notice the smell. About an hour later Darryl from Mainline came and immediately noticed the smell. He located the valve in the crawlspace and closed it back up, potentially saving my wife and our home from a total disaster. All this and they didnt even charge us for anything. Best $0 Ive ever spent.In the future I will go with Mainline because the tech was knowledgeable and honest. And potentially saved my wifes life! Thank you.

They are the worst. Their home office is incompetent and their quality of work is terrible.When you get a service agreement, they do not show up and you have to follow with them to get them to schedule service so you can get what you pay for.They try to up sell on work that is not needed.Their issue is their high turnover and poor, poor management.I won’t be surprised if they are out of business soon.

The tech showed up on time but the work he performed was literally a five minute job. He pushed a long zip tie (improper tool!?) to push some collected gunk from the air handler condensation drain line. That is all he did and termed it as flushing the system. On my insistence, he emptied the drain reservoir under the drain pump (he wasnt going to do it of I hadnt been standing there and asked him to at least make out as if he had done some work!) and charged me $117 apart from a diagnostic charge of $89 for a total of $206. Highly unprofessional job, left a puddle of water behind ( thankfully it dried up by itself). The service manager I talked to on the phone to protest the charge, was, although not rude, but curt and said, Hey, your system works, doesnt it? That is all that matters! and would not listen to anything else. I paid the bill but If this is their customer care attitude, I know who Im NOT calling for any of our HVAC related service or repairs. Highly unprofessional. I have half my mind to report the matter to Trane Service and maybe the BBB.

I bought a house with a service plan with mainline on it already. I had one inspection left so I got them to come out and check everything. Two Weeks later I had a capacitor failure on my main level unit. When the Mainline technician returned he noted that the connector had not been installed properly and he put another one on. This lasted a week and Mainline was back again. This time he said that the capacitor was bad and had to be replaced. $300 dollars later I had a new capacitor installed that was perfectly good, according to Mainline, less than a month ago. Another 4 weeks go by and my Evaporator Coil is leaking. This was noted in Mainlines records on my house for two years, but they didnt find in their regular inspection. When I asked them why I had so much trouble on units that they said were OK they just noted that things happen and the units were getting older. I asked how they missed the leak and they blamed that on the type of instrumentation that some of the technicians have on their trucks. the company that came out pulled out an instrument that looked like a WWII walkie talkie and was able to detect Freon as soon as they entered my attic.in the end the cost to get their service plan will get you a discount on their service, but their inspections did not detect any issues and at least one of the parts that they handled failed within weeks of them touching it.
