We called on a Saturday and the service man was here within a couple hours. Fantastic service! We couldnt be happier. Roger was personable and very informative. We will be getting their service plan and good riddance to our old company. Their dispatcher Erica was friendly and very helpful. Now we know why they get such high ratings. They may not be the cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for. We can highly recommend them with confidence.

3 D Air was amazing. They made a commitment to install 2 AC units, put in new duct work and clean existing ducts downstairs. They kept their promise to do all of the work in 4 days and even cleaned up work done a month earlier by another air conditioning company. 5 stars is just not enough!

I have used 3D Air Services in the past and was impressed with the quality of services they performed and yesterday was no different.I was notified the technician was on the way and when he arrived, he performed the services I requested, talked and answered questions I had about heating and cooling services.I chose the Premium Club Membership, and look forward to seeing 3D Air Services next Spring.

She showed empathy when I told her about my AC woes on a hot summer night in Alabama. It was WAY hotter inside my house than outside. (Side note: Clayton Homes have great insulation by the way, but that doesnt do much good when its hot and you need it cold with no A/C!)Anyway, she got Roger to come out to my home, and thats where it truly began. They gave a courtesy call when he was on the way, which was nice because it woke me from my nap to give me a heads up. He arrived just a little while after that, and began his work immediately. It didnt take Mr. Roger very long to figure out what was wrong with the system - he politely explained what the issue was and fixed it for me. He even fixed some issues left over from a poor installation that I didnt even know were problems!Now, my issue wasnt a tough one to understand, but I expect it was a challenge to fix. So when I say it only took him about 45 minutes to get my completely dead A/C system back online, I mean it as a pure compliment. I would recommend this company 100%.

The gentleman who came by to service my unit was very helpful and respectful. In fact he had been the one to install the unit. I had a filter in the return air ductwork inside the house. He told me that I didn’t need one. I told him that there was one in there when I bought the house and that’s why I had replaced it. He told me that I only needed one in the attic. He replaced it and said it would not have to be replaced for a year. So I am very appreciative.

Arrived on time and were a pleasure to work with. Fixed the problem and explained the situation. Will be calling them again to schedule the maintenance twice yearly plan. Its a GOOD deal.

I will never use them again. They replaced my thermostat. The thermostat is $87.00 at Lowe’s. It took the man 30 minutes from the beginning to end and they charged $387.00. I will never recommend them. The charge was outrageous.

Purchased a new HVAC beginning last year, (pre COVID-19 crazy) added the amazingly wonderful UV filtration system due to allergies AND we love everything!! I recently had such a good experience with this team. From the initial call, all the way to the follow-up visit. We had one unit replaced at a fair price. Installation techs were friendly and neat. They laid mats down all the way through the house. Very quick turnaround time to get a unit installed. 10/10 would recommend!

I gave them a call on a Friday to schedule an appointment for the following Friday. Chris arrived on time & discussed all options with me. That was around 9:00 a.m. by 3:30 p.m. the same Friday the crew came to put my new unit in. They returned on Monday to complete the installation. All the technicians were awesome. 3D Air has never left us hot or out in the cold! They are very honest, very professional, very reliable, and are very reasonable given their high quality. We have replaced 2 of our 3 units with them in this home and they designed a new system for our last home. They service every six months like clock work. We are also a healthier family as we use system filters and ultraviolet light. We have pets and asthma and this system helps tremendously. Use the professionals at 3D Air. Do it right the first time. We have been doing business with them for around 20 years.

I have used 3D Air Services for 5 years to service my home and two businesses. Their services and products offered have been top notch. The service techs are on time, professional, and are able to communicate clearly what is needed and the process that will take place. Every time I call I easily get someone on the phone that is professional and efficient when handling my requests. They schedule my service for maintenance within any time that works with me. If I have an emergency they always come immediately and are prepared to handle whatever problem arises. I have had them out at 11pm and worked until 3am as well as on holidays and still received the same professionalism that I was accustom to during normal business hours. I am always impressed with how detailed they are when doing a simple service and cleaning. I have entrusted them to replace 2 separate hvac units, a water heater, and dryer venting. I have them service a separate unit that was installed before I knew of them. They treat it with the same respect that they do with the ones they installed. They have provided superior service and I am confident that what is replaced is going to give me plenty of trouble free years. I will continue to use their services on anything else I need and I am more than happy to give them a recommendation if needed.

We used 3D air for the first time a couple weeks ago. Our upstairs unit had to be replaced completely. We are very happy with their service. Kevin was very professional and friendly. He gave us options on units to choose from (unlike our former air place). They had our air in the very next day (on a Sunday!). 3D air was fast, friendly, and professional and we will continue to use them in the future.

This is the second time 3D has saved me. My heater suddenly stopped working working so I gave 3D a call. Kevin was my technician and quickly determined what the problem was. Kevin is a friendly guy and patiently explained what needed to be done. I have now signed up for regular servicing and appreciate the quality work they do.

3D Air was excellent in their handling of our project. They gave us 4 options in regards to replacing our outdated system so that we could easily match our home HVAC needs to whatever investment level we wanted to make. Each day during the installation, they arrived on time, notified my wife, who is working from home, when they arrived, when they left for lunch or supplies, when they returned and when they were done for the day. They would also explain how far along they were in the process (we elected to fully replace our 40 year old ductwork as well). Everything looks shiny, neatly installed, and there is no more accidental cooling of the garage area due to the old ductwork. I highly recommend 3D Air!

Chris was great to work with. He diagnosed an issue with our upstairs A/C unit and gave us multiple options for repairs. We signed up for 3D Airs Yearly Inspection and he was back 2 weeks later to perform a check up and cleaning of both units, inside and out. Chris and the office staff are professional and efficient, and we glad we found them.

Kevin was the technician that came to do a cleaning on our A/C & Heating unit. He was a nice guy - very personable. He was at our home about an hour & explained everything he did (with pictures). The total bill ended up being less than we expected since our unit didn’t require a “deep clean” which is what I asked for. He could’ve done the “deep clean” that I had requested but the fact that he didn’t (since it didn’t need it), in my opinion, goes to show the kind of honesty the company believes in. Thank you 3D!

Our unit stopped cooling; and after taking the time to really look over and work on both the outside and inside portions, we were told that in all reality we needed a new unit.
