By far the Best dentist office I’ve ever been to hands down! Everyone was super friendly and made you feel comfortable right on the spot. So much personality in one building. If you’re a Karen you couldn’t hang. Dr. Gomez and Molly were great and MADE my experience. This is the first time in my life that I can say I’m excited to go back to the dentist.

Had to go here as it’s the only place close by that takes me lower quality insurance I have at the moment. This was my first going to this office. Very dirty waiting room. The dentist was super rough even after I said I had wisdom tooth pain. Rough cleaning teeth, didn’t floss, and made a mess spilling water all over me and the floor. He didn’t even explain why I needed a 5 year old filling replaced. Guess they just want that money. The lady that took my x rays was sweet though! But this place is a joke and waste of time. They couldn’t even get my name right. I will not be going back.

The staff here are very friendly and understanding and the main oral surgeon here is a very skilled and down-to-earth guy Ive had all of my wisdom teeth taken out here and about 16 fillings here. They always do their best to minimize the amount of discomfort that you are in. If I had one complaint it would be that there is sometimes oh wait because they are so busy and understaffed at times but still highly recommended.

It was my first visit and I was extremely nervous, I come from immediate dent to where they’re nothing but amazing. Due to them dropping my insurance I had to pick somewhere else to go. As far as friendliness I was very pleased. Everyone was very nice. As far as my cleaning goes it was absolutely terrible. I have NO idea what type of cleaning that was but it was awful. He literally scrapped my teeth and was done. It was a 3 minute job. I’m use to a deep cleaning to where I get my teeth brushed, flossed and Ext. I literally waited a hour for something I could have done at home. I was told I have a small cavity which I never had a cavity so I am very suspect about going back. I really wanted to have a great experience here especially since it’s close to home. 🙁

These guys are great and my son loves to come here now that we have gotten established. Mr. Omar is his favorite and he’s funny. Thanks guys for making us feel so comfortable

I had a root canal done here and the dentist did the root canal between my back tooth, which was perfectly fine and the tooth that needed the root canal. Drilled between two teeth! Went to another dentist, and the dentist told me because he did that, the tooth that was perfectly fine was starting to rot and needed pulled along with the tooth that was supposed to have a regular root canal done, and to top it off could have been saved had the dentist there NOT put in a cavity filling rather than bonding which the new dentist indicated after he ripped out both teeth and asked me what dentist did this in disbelief.

I have been visiting Angel Dental Care, now Cleveland Dental institute for about 2 months now for extensive dental work. I had severe dental anxiety that caused me to literally not even be able to pick up the phone to call and make an appointment.Im getting married in October, and had originally made an appointment at another office prior to covid, and they cancelled my appointment when the shut down happened so when everything opened back up I started looking for another office that was closer to home.Im sorry this review is lengthy but I want you to understand that when I recommend a dentist, it should be taken seriously. As the word dentist threw me into panic attacks 3 months ago.From the moment they picked up the phone, i was bawling and they assured me I was going to be fine. My initial appointment to get my xrays literally everyone was so kind, and I met the man who eventually gave me my smile back, Dr Omar. He was not one time mean to me about how bad my teeth were. He was understanding of my past, my story.They gave me some meds to help me with my anxiety for my extraction appointment where I had SIXTEEN teeth pulled. Including my wisdom teeth. Wide awake. And only at one point did i feel any pain. And the moment i winced Dr Omar stopped what he was doing and numbed the area where they were working more and the rest of the extractions were painless. I had very very minimal swelling. Literally the day after having 16 teeth pulled I was eating fries and hummus lol and swimming in Lake Michigan.I then came back to start getting my deep cleanings and fillings on the teeth I had left. Every single visit was amazing. And today I left for the last time (for this particular adventure. Ill def be back) and as I sat in my car I smiled in the mirror on my sun visor and I bawled. Happy tears.Dr. Omar and the wonderful staff at this office gave me my smile back.They took away 33 years of terrible dental anxiety.Ive covered my mouth for over a decade when I laugh and now I laugh and smile freely without any embarrassment.Theres not enough kind words in the world for how I feel about this office. 🖤 thank you guys for giving me back my smile 🖤

I came here for a second opinion and boy was I glad. The staff was amazingly friendly and the doctor was awesome. I will refer this place anyday of the week. Thank you for taking good care of me!!!

This is such a wonderful place. All the staff are very nice and professional. They really care about their clients and their teeth :) Not once was i treated like I was less than because of the state my teeth were in. I highly recommend Angel Dental for all your dental needs. Great atmosphere, its clean, and they are all around great people. Thank you Angel Dental for everything. I only wish you had a pediatric dentist there.

And I would have to also say that Vickie and Hannah were the best and very very friendly. They deserve a raise or or something for their good work! I will definitely go back!

They had my old number on file and when they couldnt get a hold of me to confirm my appointment the day before they gave it away so I walk in and they say You didnt confirm. Never heard of a dentist removing the appointment you made because they couldnt confirm the day before. They end up seeing me, the lady was really ruff on my teeth and my daughters teeth we both bleed which doesnt usually happen. She also told me I shouldnt use a water pic but the dentist said she was wrong. I think she needs more training, tall older lady short cut

I went to Angel Dental to get some advanced work done my regular dentist didnt do. I did the consultation & came back to get the work done. After the visit I swapped completely over to Angel Dental for all of my dental work. The staff & Dr are extremely professional in a very clean & friendly atmosphere. Great place for dental work.

I have had good experiences here! Theyre all very nice, helpful and do a great job! The only reason I didnt give them the last star is because the service is usually slow. I understand some procedures take longer than others but in general, it still takes a while to see the dentist before the procedure even begins. Overall theyre still really great and I recommend them, just make sure you dont have anything else planned for the day.

It was my first visit and I think the last, Not professional, Wasted my time, I met 3 nurses, I didnt know who my doctor was, 70 minutes without interest or care.

Wonderful people from the phone call to schedule all the way through the end of my treatment plan. These people really do care about their patients oral health and overall comfort level in the chair. They even offered a massage chair to help ease my anxiety! How cool is that! I will never go anywhere but Angel Dental Care in Akron.

I never leave reviews, but I had my first visit today, and I was impressed. From the phone call to make my appointment, until the end of my visit, every person I talked to was friendly, helpful, and personable. The dentist, assistant, and hygienist were very thorough, and explained things in detail without prompting, and answered any questions I had. Overall, Im very happy, and glad that I decided to leave the other dental practice I had used previously, as this was a much more pleasant experience.

Im writing this while waiting for my daughter to have a tooth pulled for the first time she is 11 . This gentleman (dentists) was soooooo pacient and kind to her. N she was freaking out and crying and he was calm and as gentle as possible. I would absolutely recoment this office. The nurses and receptionist were great too . All on top of their game.

I went here for a routine teeth cleaning and everyone was so very friendly. They answered every question I had and were very thorough. That receptionist Vicky was just as friendly as can be and knows how to keep everyone in a good mood. I will definitely recommend this dentist office to everyone!

I have been going to angel dental since they opened. I absolutely and I mean absolutely hate dentist . But I love angel dental. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. They are wonderful. The only thing I dont like is the wait time .

Dr Haddadeen is friendly, professional and skilled. Ive been going there for about two years and have never had a bad appointment. He was able to extract a tooth broken at the gum line with minimal pain. The office staff does everything they can to accommodate scheduling and the dental hygienist leaves my teeth silky clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had three wisdom teeth pulled today. Along with multiple panic attacks due to being claustrophobic. The dentist and his assistant were amazing! They were also running behind from a call off with one dentist. They still got me in and out in a timely manner and took great care of me! Very satisfied.

As usual i was treated with up most respect. Everyone from the front desk to the back where you see the doctor are very kind to us. Most people would hate to go to the dentist but here with the kindness and things care you just dont mind seeing in the chair for the dentist. Thank you for helping me and carrying about me.

Every time I come here I am waiting for 30 to 40 minutes before being seen. Ridiculous. The staff is courteous and seems nice but, being punctual is not one of their attributes. I will be searching for a new dentist.

Angel Dental Care has been a Heavensent answered prayer to me. I had waited several years before actually getting the much needed dental work to my teeth. Due to many visits to lesser dentists in the past, my fear of dentist was terrible. In the end, the dentist and staff were not only professional but caring and made my experience with Angel Dental Care one that makes me wish that I had found them so much earlier in my life. I would (and do) recommend them to my closest friends and family. Im a mess when I go to the dentist. My personal bubble is invaded. I often feel judged for naturally bad teeth. At Angel Dental they walked me through the procedure, made sure I was calm, and didnt get testy with me even though I know I wasnt the easiest patient. They went through great efforts to keep me relaxed. Im so so happy I found these doctors.

Im aware that many variables go into a clean and smooth extraction, but my extraction took roughly five minutes (after waiting for the Novocain to kick in) and I hardly felt a thing aside from a bit of pressure. I was in and out in about an hour. These guys are good, and very friendly as well.

I went into this office for a root canal. The staff and dentist was very nice. The office manager was very helpful with information concerning my insurance. I would recommend this Dental office to others.

Had my appointment at 10am today upon arrival there was only 1 person here. Out of all the people that work herw everyone was late. Even the dentist. I love this place but that showed me how unprofessional it is. Hope they get it together.

I was constantly humiliated for not brushing my teeth though I told them repeatedly that I have acid reflux, which can eat away at your teeth. They once cancelled my appointment without warning, wouldnt answer the phone, and werent there on days they were open on two separate occasions. The doors were locked. Totally unprofessional.

All staff was friendly and professional, but the dentist did specify that the office was not a holistic dental practice and not able to help with amalgam fillings or discuss possible replacement of those or potential issues with toxicity. I would give a review of 5 for a first visit, but the website is misleading in stating this is a holistic dentist. I did get some suggestions, and will keep looking for answers elsewhere. But if you are looking for a holistic dentist this is not the place.

I would think twice about bringing your kid here. The man and woman who tried fixing my daughters tooth, who was 3 at the time, were real insensitive, almost mocking me for my mom decision. I decided not to let them give her another numbing shot when my daughter was screaming and pleading in pain. The staff was all real friendly, but the dentists themselves are mean.(We ended up at another dentist in Canton)

I most recently had a visit at angel dental and I give them 5 stars, Im a very picky person and at first when I arrived I really wasnt sure because no one was in the waiting room then I started seeing a fully staffed office, then I started seeing ppl coming out leaving look pretty happy so I relaxed I waited maybe 30 minutes which that wasnt bad for a dental office and once my name was called I was greeted by very professional ppl everything updated and clean, the dentist and the assistance was great!! Im a hard to numb person but that dentist numb me and it didnt take a lot, I have to go back and get more work done and looking forward to it !! Thank you Angel Dental Clinic.

A persons smile is important to them and can be a sensitive subject, but as in life we do the best we can, my experience here was mediocre, Dr.Alshami(he earned a star) was the only person who didnt make snarky remarks or sigh, or react to my X-ray results . I truly felt embarrassed after hearing their unprofessional sighs and growns. And reactions, the staff is fresh out of school except one young lady who did my X-ray she had professionalism (Earned a star ) but the older lady who did my inspection, fueled my review And Unfortunately I wont be returning .

I’m pretty torn with this one... on one note they were Pleasant and VERY kind to my daughter !!! On another two of the dental assistance got into a full blown argument right in front of me and my daughter 😂not to mention the argument was about one lady putting clean things into dirty things and just kept on going !!!!

During my first appointment, I had to wait over an hour to be seen. Once I was in the chair, the dental hygienist attempted to take x-rays. She struggled to use the machine for nearly fifteen minutes without asking anyone for assistance and eventually stopped when a piece of the machine snapped off. I could hear people yelling in the background. The dentist then told me that I had cavities that needed fixed. I came back during the next appointment and saw a different dentist, who told me there was no sign of a cavity at all. Everyone was nice, but the level of unprofessionality and disarray was deeply worrying. I’m not sure if I want to trust them with my teeth again.

I was very pleased with the staff, and the dentist was very professional and gentle. Even though at times it hurted just a tiny bit after wards when the numbing wore off my mouth and gums werent sore and in pain like it would be at my previous dentist. I will return to this office from now on. Thank you!!!!

I just have one question if anyone can please answer that be great..... Im new here and I have to get my wisdom teeth pulled soon . I do not want to be awake for it BC I dont wanna see or hear anything going on BC it will freak me out so I was wondering if they have sedation methods they use like intrvenus (I.V) sedation or something with the anesthesia . not sire how to explain it. I just dont want to be aware of whats going on I dont wanna see or hear anything that there doing BC my anxiety will act up.. Ill just get freaked out ... Of someone can please respond to help me out Im really nervous

The staff were very nice and professional. I looked like crap and was miserable when I walked in. It took a while to get to where IIm at now, that was my only complaint about the experience. Close to five months without teeth :( But they did change my life with my new beautiful smile. And I was glad I made the decision to go there . :)

Everyone was awesome especially the office manager. My teeth are very very sensitive and the Doctor treated me with true care, I am very greatful to the whole staff!

Had private insurance,,,,but they wouldnt take it,, expenses would have been out of my pocket. Waiting area was extremely crowded,,only about 10/12 chairs in the waiting area. This place must be a Medicaid office.

If I could give zero stars or negative stars, I would and I have not even stepped foot in your practice. I am not sure if you have one person answering phone calls but not only did you hang up TWICE before the phone call was finished but when a third call was made, the woman who answered was very short, rude, and miffed toward me when it was a problem on YOUR end, not mine. This is extremely unprofessional behavior. I know it can be frustrating to perform the duties that were listed in a job (that you applied for and accepted) but show some respect. I am pretty sure that when you call an office you would not want to encounter the situation that you created today.

Im not sure why I keep having issues when I come here. My daughter needed a filling; and we had to wait for Dr.Nora to come back to the US, about a 3 month wait. When she got back, I scheduled my daughter for a filling and 6 mo check up. For some reason she was only scheduled for her cleaning. Dr. Nora came in and only put fluoride on my daughters teetg, told me the cavity is pretty deep, and that she was not scheduled to have a filling. She told me I could wait until she finished with her patient, but we had already been there for almost 2 hours, so we agreed to re schedule with her. I get to the front desk, and the receptionist tells me that today is Dr.Noras last day, and shes the only dentist there that does nitrate for the children. I really wish she had told me she wouldnt be there again, instead of misleading like shed be there to take care of my daughter, I would had just waited had I known. She was a really good dentist, but she is no longer there and I need to find a new dentist for my child; too many inconveniences and mistakes with staff 😞

I went in there a week ago for a cleaning the woman who did it at one point took her gloves off and was still cleaning my teeth, she cut my lip with one of the tools. Also had my wisdom teeth removed they are still bleeding and he missed a piece of the tooth which is still creating a lot of pain!!!!

What a problem place. They cannot even send you a verification email for your appointment. Then they call you before your appointment, which has been probably changed on their side, and you have no way of proving that is not your appointment. They screw things up. The secretaries are rude, you cannot even talk to them. They are not concerned about the patient, they probably do not enjoy working there either.

There are no words... I have never been treated so well during a dental visit. I called the Akron office for an emergency appointment and they got me in the next day.Dr. Shami took the time to listen to all my anxieties and concerns and after numbing my mouth, had that tooth out in under a minute. I had extensive work prior at some other place that really messed up my mouth, but he assured me that despite the disaster they created and the two that need to be removed, we can still save all my teeth!!I am blessed and grateful that they are able to save my smile and I will most definitely tell anyone that will listen!!Thank you so much Dr. Shami and staff!!

Where to start. The appointment was for my daughter who JUST turned 5. Online they have losted that they handle pediatric Walked in the door and the front receptionist was sitting in the waiting room having a detailed conversation about some family drama to a women who( i imagine was a friend or acquaintance.) We were called back after not too long no longer then 15 min. The assistant and one with her in training were not friendly. They actually had a conversation in fromt of my daughter a out how some kids freak out and they have to refer them to another pedictric dentist. ..not something you wanna put in a 5 year olds head before their dental visit starts ...The hygienist was kind, they start to look at my daughters teeth and the chart pulled up and they had another patient up that was a 9 year old not my daughter. Then they had to stop everything .Make me go fill out paperwork and put her back in the system. We waited for what seemed like forever. Then they come back and say we cannot see you because your insurance doesnt cover here. Which i already told them 2 times i was paying 100% put of pocket self pay that day for the visit. I could tell the poor hygienist was irritated as i would be if i was working with people lile that. So then.. They finally start working on her mouth, and they are not good with kids. At allllll Everytime they put something in or near my kids mouth she flinched in fear. Had they explained what they were doing and what it would feel like she would have been fine. I ended up having to talk her through and tell her everything what is was how it would feel and taste sound ect. and encourage her they did none of that. After waiting forever. The dentist comes had no good manner or warmth towards my child. He looked at her and said they xrays werent good enough and needed more. So they redid those. Waited waited.. My daughter had to use the restroom.. The dentist looked at me saw me in the hall by the restroom with her..and still walked into the back area to talk to us. He didnt even associate that we were his patients that he was already saw and we werent in the room. ... I was very calm and kind about the whole thing because i wanted to keep my child calm since she was doing so well... for a little girl who just turned 5 she was AMAZING given the experience and that we were there for almost 3 hours for a basic teeth cleaning and x ray. If i was a millionaire i would have taken the kid to Disney world after that. I will never go back. ..and honestly If they would pay attention, and be more organized they would probably have better attitudes and come off as more personable. And have a happier work enviornment. If they are going to care for kids they need additional training for that. Its lucky mine was having a good day. The facility did seem clean. So one star for cleanliness. And the hygienist was very nice. Sucks i have to find another dentist for next go round. Best of luck to your facility hope you can reorganize retrain and get it together.

The dentists handle situations quite well, even when you throw some crazy situations their way. The whole team of staff is welcoming and professional.

I love Angel Dental Clinic! I have had nothing but good experiences in the numerous times I have been there. The staff is courteous and respectful and they try to work with you even if you have to cancel. My first experience with them was with an abscessed tooth. They scheduled an appt right away, but the person who promised to take me bailed and I had to cancel at the last minute. Even so, they cheerfully scheduled me again. This time, I planned on taking the bus. I missed my bus. I called them in tears, fearing they would not reschedule but they did! I havent missed an appointment since.I hadnt seen a dentist for over 10 years due to lack of healthcare (Thanks Obamacare!) so I required a lot of work. Over a few visits, they are working on getting my smile back in shape. In a single visit they pulled 4 teeth. Those teeth were seen by other dentists and they all said I had to see a surgeon because they were broken, some below the gum line. My dentist did them all in one sitting and after the numbing I felt no further pain. They have had some challenges with my teeth and have met or exceeded my expectations. Soon, I will have partial and will have a winning smile. Thanks Angel Dental!

After our scheduled appointment I was told they would contact me to schedule a appointment with the oral surgeons and pricing information. After a month wait and 3 calls to them I still have not heard a word from them.

I went in as a walk in. They told me it may be a while but it wasnt. I got there at about 11 oclock and only waited 30 minutes. The doctor asked me if i wanted to save the tooth that was bothering me or if i would rather just have it extracted. I decided to save the tooth. Through out the procedure the nurses kept asking me if i was okay, and the doctor told me if i got to tired that he could finish the rest another day. I personally dont like needles going in my mouth so i decided to do it all in one shot. And he did it. They were super nice, and they told me exactly what was going on.Definatly definatly the best decision i ever made.

I called angel care dental on tuesday and they seen me on thursday. The staff was extremely nice and was very concerned with my needs and medical problems. The doctor was also very considerate . and sweet. My surgical extractions only took a few mins and they seen me early because i was early to my appointment. I was very comfortable. I have alwasy been afraid of the dentist and noe i am not. I was also surprised that when the novicane wore off that i was not in pain what so ever. Im glad i made this appointment.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The most unorganized facility I have ever went to. If one person is not working, then no one knows what is going on. All that is offered is excuses as to why they dropped the ball and did not do their job. I left work early to take my son to his appt only to find out no one got his records, therefore he couldnt be seen EVEN THOUGH I SIGNED A RELEASE 8 DAYS BEFORE HIS APPOINTMENT!!!!
