The dentist is never fun, however Dr. Grucella always makes it a positive experience. The office staff are so friendly and caring. I will never go to another dentist ever! Dr. Grucella cares about his patients and his bedside manner is always positive and friendly. If you need a great dentist this is the place for you!

Dr Grucella and Twyla go out of their way to create a comfortable safe environment. For dentures and partials this is the place to go. And for those of us who dont have dental insurance, Dr Grucella offers an insurance plan. So happy I found you !

What an operation! Especially during the pandemic, this office is the most thorough place I’ve been inside in a year regarding protocol and safety. Not to mention the staff were exceptional. My hygienist was amazing and so was the dentist. Glad I found this new home for my teeth.

Fair lawn office manager is a nasty rude employee. The girls in back amazing. Front office staff is a Complete JOKE. How can Owners allow this. I have been here for many years and recommend many. Not any more. Thinking of leaving. I want to be treated like a human. Asked to escalate my concern to dr And asked for return call with response today. Nope. She pretty much told me No. Called early enough for call back in same day. Reasonable request and she was so rude. I got better results talking to a wall. LIVID

I have been a patient here for almost ten years, and cannot say enough about the team and excellent experience. Ive gone to Brittany as my dental tech since the beginning, and coming back to get my teeth cleaned feels like visiting a friend.They are attentive, timely and always on the ball! Ive even since recruited my husband to come with me, and we both love this office. Cant say enough about how wonderful their service is, and how fantastic of an experience Ive had there! And how many people say that about coming to the dentist? Great people all around!

My mother and I both got teeth pulled and dentures and partials. Dr. George is great! Been 12 years and denture and partial still fitting and looking great!

I have been seeing this dentist for years. Since 2009, I think? They are just great. Very responsive and knowledgable. All the staff are super-friendly. They always deal seamlessly with my insurance company, and I have had several. They win Beacons Best, all the time, and its no wonder! I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Office staff is uneducated when comes to dental benefits, office is not clean.

Dr. Grucella and Dr. Cortez have been nothing but the best! With early morning appointments available, they really make it easy for working people to get in and out quickly for a cleaning and/or xrays. I have had 2 wisdom teeth removed on two separate occasions and they were able to get me in when I was in extreme pain and took the teeth out quickly. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. I recently moved, and will still be keeping Dr. Grucella as my dentist, because he is worth the drive!

The dentists are great whoever answers the phone was flat out rude

Dr. Grucella and Dr. Cortez are the BEST dentists. At my last appointment I didnt even know that Dr. Cortez had given me a shot, she is so gentle. The staff always makes sure you are comfortable and constantly asks if you need anything. 5 star treatment always!

Gave me messed up permanents with male retainer clips. Newsflash male retainer wont snap on the $2k post I paid for. And a damaged grey tooth. Must be nice to keep all that money and the patient is out.

Make sure you pay attention to your billing they will screw it up every time. The place is dirty and the dentist will mess up your teeth. Had to have dr. Hoffman fix a cavity they filled.

Its no wonder that Dr. George and Dr. Grucella win Akron Beacon-Journals Best, every year! They are THE BEST! They have several offices, so theyre always convenient to get to, no matter what else Im doing that day. They see me promptly for my appointments (no long waits in the waiting room). Their offices are clean and organized. MOST OF ALL, I appreciate the friendly disposition of everyone in the office -- its a pleasure to see them! Who really gets passionate about the dentist, though, right? Well -- I have seen this dentist for several years, but Dr. Grucella really especially helped me with a very painful post-wisdom-tooth-extraction-pain problem, last summer. I work in the events industry, and it was impossible to take time off for the horrible pain after another dentist removed the teeth. Instead of just treating the pain, Dr. Grucella helped me got to the root of the problem -- literally -- an infection that had settled into where the roots of my teeth used to be! Just a few days of cleaning the area with a special antimicrobial mouthwash he prescribed cleared the problem right up and got me speedily on the way to recovery! In just a few days, I was good as new after weeks of suffering. THANK YOU Dr. Grucella! I am a life-long fan!
