I have known the Billow Family for more than 40 years due to a business relationship with my father and Billow Funeral Home. When my mother passed 7 years ago there was no doubt who would handle the arrangements. My father passed away just recently and again I knew where to turn for his arrangements. My father passed away in Akron OH and we decided to have a service for him there at Billow Funeral home then fly him back to Arizona for burial. Nathanael at Billow worked with us and took care of every detail in a highly professional and seamless manner. He orchestrated everything from the service details there to his transport. There were no surprises, the fees were reasonable and he laid out everything clearly beforehand. It was a beautiful ceremony there and they were very respectful and took care of everything for us. The slide show, the flowers, even making sure we had water during the busy viewing. Many thanks to all of you there at Billow - it was a wonderful experience. Finally, my dad was a bit of a neck tie snob and I told them he really would not appreciate a bad knot...the double windsor was absolutely perfect!
