Very professional fair and honest. They did there best to save me money where they could. I was quoted 1200.00 to 1800.00,(that price range was do to massive rust issues, and not knowing what would be salvageable)when all said and done it came In at 1140.00 so you know theyre being fair and as easy on the wallet as possible. This place is great. I had a tire issue and used their late owl drop box at 10pm on a Friday. I have never been there, they didnt know me, and they had my tire repaired shortly after they opened on a Saturday morning. Definitely recommend! Thank you James for being so helpful!

Scheduling online was super easy, they are courteous on the phone, the work was done sooner than expected, accurately and within the estimate, and they did it all without mansplaining anything! They were businesslike and extremely efficient, and if you have to wait the lobby is clean. You could also wait next door at the coffee shop if you like that sort of thing. The parking lot is a little tricky/tight, but thats not their fault, otherwise their location is convenient, too. I had a great experience and would use this shop again. Would recommend.

I’m always a little weary visiting new car shops because i’m not super knowledgeable and new to the area, but marcus took care of me and was very hospitable and kind. My car was in and out in 30 minutes! I’ll definitely be back when my car needs more maintenance done! thank you guys :)

Fast service, really nice people. Would of given 5 stars but it was a little expensive to put a tire on the rim and get rid of the old tire.

I initially went to the Waterloo location for an wheel alignment and was told only two tires could be aligned.Weeks later, my car began to shake. I took my car to the Canton Road location and the staffed fixed my car with ease. They also took in my vehicle as priority service and fixed the shaking with no problem.10/10 would recommend. I will definitely return for service in the future.

I was tired of paying $2 to put air in my tire so I decided to stop by Vans. Come to find out they operate by appointments- great for keeping them on schedule- not so great for me. HOWEVER, the gentlemen there were top-notch!! They squeezed me in, plugged my tire and had me back on the road within 15mins! Best tire store Ive ever been to I walked in an emergency situation my tire had a screw in it when I left work the store was 10 minutes to closing the mechanics and the management both get top notch five stars in my opinion they not only plugged my tire and saved my entire day and saving me all the stress that comes with that and did it free of charge upon my review and I couldnt feel more blessed thank you guys and I cant thank you enough but I hope you guys have a blessed year anybody who has any issues with their vehicles tires please feel free to come to this place they treat you like family

Absolutely wonderful experience today at Vans. I had a flat tire and they got me in right away to help me get a new tire on. The two men at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Nobody tried to get me to buy extra things I did not need and I felt very comfortable leaving my car there from the mintue I walked in. They worked very efficiently and even gave me a card for a free coffee at the coffee shop next door while I waited. Excellent service and I will be returning with any future car needs. 😊 thanks so much Vans!

Vans went above and beyond there usual protocol and gave my over needy underwhelming insurance company what they needed. I was strung along by Allstate and eventually wouldn’t pay for the repairs. They dont honor their warranty. Bought 2 tires 1 year ago and they only have 18k miles on them and they are already bald. Went with receipt in hand only for them to tell me that I had to buy new tires again. They claim they changed owners and had no proof of warranty. They were rude and try to claim that it was my front end that caused the problem. Which is funny because just before I bought new tires I replaced the front suspension at another garage. It was a waste of money and time will never buy anything from this place again.

James was able to get me in day if for three tires that needed replaced. Matt drove me to work after dropping off my car. It was done without an appointment (as it was an emergency. Tire blew on the highway) and they finished it in les than 5 hours of it being dropped of even though they said they were booked today. Both men were very helpful and kind.

Great experience from the start. The gentlemen on the phone was very helpful and recommended an inspection before scheduling a service. They were very timely with updates on the vehicle and sent text with pictures on what was needed done. I also got a ride back to work while they worked on my vehicle. Let me k ow what was wrong with it instead of servicing me they held off to let me decide how to proceed being that in order to do what I initially came into to do that it would require additional work to other components of my truck. From the moment I walked in the door, all employees were very nice and friendly. Made good conversation, and helped me out with the mail-in rebate. They took me back into the shop to personally show me and address some problems they found. Very clean inside, very professional and well kept. They even gave me a free drink from Artisan right next store! I appreciate their business and they deserve all the customers they can get.

I go to the Ellet location and James, Marcus, and Buck are very nice and thorough. Buck went into a lot of detail to deduce my issue and found another issue with my spark plugs after performing a compression test. The price was steep honestly but they suggested a Goodyear credit card so that’s 6 months sans interest. Just not looking forward to another monthly expense.

Made an appointment for tire balancing to correct a vibration. After looking at the tires it was more than just balancing that was necessary. I’d planned on driving from Ohio to North Carolina that day. Tires and an alignment would be necessary anyway but I figured I’d have to postpone my trip for a day or two. That wasn’t the case at all as Billy & Marcus handled the situation quickly with a great deal on the correct tires for my car and alignment. I was out in an hour or so and my trip still happened safely. Thanks to everyone at Van’s!

Ive been taking my car here for oil changes for 4 years now. They are always nice and fast and reasonable priced. They had recently switched to a new system last time I went in which was yesterday. And even tho they are appointment only now the guy behind the desk still got me in! And I love their new system it emails you with a list of the things they saw that need changing or fixing on your car and then you can decide if any of them are things you can have fixed that same day. I asked to buy a cup of coffee and the guy gave me a free coffee voucher to Artisan coffee next door. The guy always greets me like he remembers who I am even tho I know I only go there like once every 6 months. Super friendly!

I had an emergency flat tire. The store brought my car into the bay rapidly despite lack of notice of my arrival. Further the store took steps to obtain my tire despite the fact that my tire size is unusual. The employees were caught by surprise by my predicament and managed to solve my problem quickly and professionally.
