They are so amazing... Ive never had an insurance company go so far out of there way to help mr with my claim and to make me feal like apart of there family...

This happens to be an office for Progressive YET...ITS A CLAIMS DEPARTMENT ONLY!!!! CANT MAKE ANY PAYMENT. STARTING A POLICY WITH PROGRESSIVE IS A MAJOR MIGRAINE!!! I CANT SEEM TO GIVE THEM MY $$$

Dealt with them 20 years ago when I hit a deer, and about a month ago our cars were hit while parked on the street in front of our home. They were quick and friendly with making sure everything was taken care of. Marsha stayed in touch with us everyday, as did Ron when my car was sent to repair shop. Ron also called to make sure I was happy upon return of my vehicle after repairs.

They were good to have but found better deal for me

Had been involved in an accident and the guy who hit,me had Progressive insurance. I was directed to their beautiful and welcoming claims building on Waterloo. Everyone was kind, helpful and efficient. Sarah kept me advised throughout the process, calling frequently to let me know the status of the repair. It was quick, the rental provided was a great car, everything was explained. I ended up having to go back to have things fixed twice, and each time they were gracious and helpful. I recently found out Progressive is doing away with this amazing customer service, and I called and spoke with the corporate office. I told her that customer service like this is the exception, not the norm, and I hoped they would reconsider. She thanked me for my comments and suggested that customers should call and make the same request and perhaps it would be reconsidered.

Dustin B. Has been my point of contact with progressive insurance. He has been such a wonderful great deed of a perfect agent. If it was my company I would promote him and give him a raise. He has been absolutely so greatest to work with and there for me under and as my advocate for an accident, that Allstate doesnt want to take responsibility for as they initially did. He has been very professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I honestly couldnt have gotten through this if it wasnt for him.

From the time I dropped my Jeep off, to the time I picked it up, I was treated very well. They set me up with a really nice rental and kept me informed every step of the way with what was going on in the process. When I got my Jeep back, it looked great and it was like it never had damage at all. I would highly recommend this place. My agent, Laura, rocks!! 👍 👍

Ive been with progressive most of my life, Ive only had to switch when i moved to Georgia. Im back in Ohio and now have progressive. Progressive cost more but you get excellent on top of excellent services. Im proud to be a progressive member😘😘😘💪.

I was hit by a progressive insurance driver, their adjusters were a complete nightmare. They were rude, insulting zero follow through on updating about vehicle status. A nightmare to deal with!

I was rear ended on Thanksgiving. Progressive is my insurance company and they took care of me from the get go. They got me a rental car, arranged to have my car towed and fixed and even filed the claim with the insurance company of the person at fault. They were wonderful. Even though my car got totaled they still made the experience as pain free as possible. I had a check within one day of finding out my car was totaled and they allowed me to keep the rental car for three more days. This whole experience has been horribly stressful and overwhelming, and even though it did not turn out the way I wanted the people at this service center made it so much easier then it could have been.

They did their job very politely and efficiently.

My daughter car was hit when she was parked on the street.the man has progressive insurance so we brought it to this repair center and to be honest We were nervous about using progressive but we had a wonderful experience. From start to finish we were really happy They said it would take 15 mins to have car inspected and get us a rental.. They were professional and efficient. We were In And out quickly and they even had a very nice new rental car for us. The estimate for repair time was 1 week and they had it back repaired in 5 days ! Repairs were done well and they even washed and cleaned inside of the car!! We couldnt be happier and are even concidering switching to progressive auto when our auto policy is up !! Thank you again😊

I had Progressive insurance for my car when it got into an accident they had us drive out to this facility to have it inspected and cut us a check the same day they were Fair and quick I think we were in and out of there in about 45 minutes
