The technician arived in under an hour, jumped my vehicle. I told the rep on the phone that it was not a rush,I was home and the car was dead in the garage. The technician checked the battery, alternator and starter. He determined that it was just the battery. I told him I would drive over to Goodyear and get a battery. He said he could change it right there, and quoted me the price. I pulled my paperwork from Goodyear from 2015, the price AAA quoted me was the same I had paid 6 years ago for a new battery. The AAA battery comes with a 6 year warranty.... full replacement for the first 3 years, and then less as the battery ages. You just cant beat that! Very pleased. We all complain when we have to wait for roadside assistance, so it may seem that you always have e a long wait. The fact of the matter is I was so pleased, that I was talking about my experience in the salon, and several people mentioned that they were very happy with the response time from AAA.

Called this AAA location for a auto insurance quote after getting my license and was told I’d have to wait 2 days before I could get a quote. I waited and never got a call back or email. When I called I was quoted $200 for liability only and told she thought she sent an email. Complete waste of my time. None of the discounts promised were applicable. I called State Farm that same day, got a quote in 10min for $67 for liability and was insured same day. This place doesn’t even want to work to earn the commission for selling insurance! Call and go elsewhere.

Quick and simple once inside, phone service kept hanging up and transferring me everytime I called.

Waited for a tow for over 3 hours still not here yet. Called them to see whats going on only to be told that they cant tell us anything and then they hung up on us. Dont get AAA!!!!!!!!!

They treated my daughter terribly. The allowed her to be mistreated by Stans Towing of Akron. In fact, they condoned their behavior. AAA used to mean something now it means nothing.

Very dissatisfied today. Car broke down and we called for a tow. We have been members for 5 years and apparently our auto renew did not happen this past October. Ok our mistake, so we then wanted to pay our account and get it up to date for a tow. Spent over an hour on the phone because everyone says they need to transfer me. Meanwhile my family and my kids are stranded and a hot parking lot on a hot day. After getting disconnected transferred and making a total of 10 different phone calls and paying for a membership to be renewed we were told that we within have to pay a $75 same day service charge plus they would not be able to tell us at our premier level and we have to charge us $5 a mile for the two translating to about $150 tow. long story short I made one phone call to a local tow company that got to me in 10 minutes after I had dealt with AAA unsuccessfully for over an hour. AAA really needs to make it so that every person that you talk to you is capable of handling all of those situations so there is no transfers needed. I dont understand why something so simplistic as a membership and a benefit requiring to be transferred so many times. Ive always had positive experiences with AAA and like I said Ive been a member for over 5 years but today was very disheartening

They left me stranded on the side of the road in 100+ degree heat saying I was not covered when I clearly was. As a courtesy they offered to call a tow truck for me if I paid 100% out of pocket for the tow. After hours of arguing after the fact, they finally realized that I was entitled and re-funded me for the tow 3 months later. The reason for the mistake the agent got confused looking at your status in the system when you made the trouble call.

Ready to be shocked with horrific customer service? Call AAA!Ive been a AAA member for 5 years straight. It normally auto-renews, but for some reason it didnt this year. So a customer rep called me in September and asked if I wanted to keep my membership and I said yes and paid over the phone to keep my membership.Fast forward 6 weeks and I get a flat tire at 5:30. I call AAA and they say sorry, you cancelled. I explained my situation as Im explaining it to you. They said sorry, you cancelled. They denied me service. I sat on the phone for 40 minutes and they still denied me service.Ive been a lifetime member of AAA, but i cant in good conscience continue to use a company that has such disregard for their customers.

Over a month and still no card!!! Will not use this service again. Theres better roadside assistance Ive had and will go back to. Getting sent plenty of junk mail from them though. But nothing I paid for.

Just got AAA and had a flat tire. Called AAA, they said 40 minutes or less, over an hour wait. I called again said another 30 mins. If they had good customer service they would have called me to tell me there would be a longer wait.

Been a member for over 30 years. Hardly ever need a tow. Last 2 times in the last 3 years and I’m waiting over an hour. They told me within the hour. In an hour when I called, told me 20 min more. Still waiting. For my yearly membership, paying 1 tow a year is cheaper.

Have been members for years... Gold members. Had a vehicle need towed that required a flat bed truck. Triple A doesn’t dispatch those you have to yourself, pay, and then submit a refund. Never have had an issue until this year. Kept calling and trying to figure out the issue 3 calls and no returned messages. Finally get a call back saying they won’t reimburse them even though they agree they don’t dispatch flat beds. Never again will I give my money to a company I have paid for years!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!
