I was happy here until State Farm wouldnt renew my homeowners insurance because of 2 water damage claims in 3 years even though we fixed the problems. There were undisclosed problems with house when we bought it. My agent never seemed to shop around for cheaper rates for me either. Now I have cheaper rates and a different insurance agent. I would recommend Dave Cox but make sure they stay on the ball shopping your insurance needs
