The Dobina Agency and all their wonderful staff have taken care of our home/auto/RV insurance needs for well over 20 years and we have always been extremely happy with their products and customer service!!

I like many things about Dobina, BUT the one thing I like best is they still know how to actually answer the phone without an extensive robo interrogation. Business today likes to say, were experiencing a large volume of calls, then they play horrific music, and if one is lucky you will talk to a live human being 30 - 45 minutes later. OR, worse yet, after being on hold for 30 minutes the phone goes dead.

They have always been friendly courteous and able to answer policy questions and options when I need them.

Was a client with multiple businesses and properties for 25 plus years. We had our 1st property claim, called office to report. Spoke to Becky, response, loss not covered and you have a $1.000.00 deductible. Her only problem, I was a seasoned claims professional with approx 20 years experience, tried to explain it was a covered loss. She stated she had 30 years experience and it wasnt. We had to demand she file the property loss. Claim was ultimately paid even though the assigned claims adjuster was very inexperienced and the loss had to be handled at management level . My problem is how many people might be taken advantage of by the same situation. My experience made it more difficult to be taken advantage of so make sure you do your home work. The agency was never really apologetic even though I was given false claims information and basically had to handle my own claim. Have since changed agency Beware!
