Prepare to have nothing fixed for the duration of your stay at any property you rent from meybohm. Dont worry though, you still have to pay full rent even though things dont work. I should have known when the day we moved in we had no hot water that this would be a disaster. Horrific company with horrible customer service.

Poor communication! I can’t even get in contact with anyone about renting a property...it should not be this hard

Nearly impossible to work with to even find an apartment. When I finally got in contact to rent a place it was below my normal standards, but I thought it would be fine short term. They then began randomly inspecting the apartments at inconvenient hours. Finally they terminated my contract without proof of cause. I would have let it go and not came back to leave reviews but they continue to send me monthly bills and then instead of correcting the issue and removing me from their billing list the person who emailed me back argued with me saying they were in the right without resolving the issue. I urge anyone considering renting or buying a home to look to a different company.

I call about listings and no one ever answers the phone. Not sure how someone could sell a property if they cant answer the phone at 9am on a weekday. I certainly wouldnt list anything with anyone who cant answer the phone
