Decent people but poor experiences. They ended up leaving a wrench in the engine bay. Drove away heard a loud clank and discovered what is what. Could have been a lot worse if it fell into something important. Another time they had dripped oil, which ended up being burned off by engine heat. This caused mild smoke coming from under the hood. Alarming/annoying but harmless in the end. Overall not worth the headaches this place might cause.

Took me right in! Had a diagnostics problem and they were so helpful to guide me in the right direction.

The workers were great, but I was very disappointed in the Jiffy Lube management for not having some form of music playing. It would have been nice to have something to do while sitting there since the car has to be off and the radio can’t be played. Having a radio or music would change the whole atmosphere.

They cleaned out the rats nest in my cabin filter....which is a difficult job! Love this place!

Charged my wife $120 AFTER a $20 coupon for an oil change? Sure synthetic’s more, but we’ve never paid more than $70-$90. I strongly believe they took advantage of a low woman.

They close at 5, not 6 like Google says. Dont go qt 4:50 or you be turned away. This is the 2nd time this location has been closed prior to closing time. The first time I was turned away because an employee had to catch a bus.

The guys had me in and out in under 15 minutes. Wonderful. Tell me why every time I get an oil change elsewhere its well under $100...this place asked me is this a company vehicle, are you paying with a company card? I thought it was strange but im not a liar so I said yes. Afterwards, he hands me the receipt for $163!!!! On an OIL CHANGE for a FORD ESCAPE! Unreal man. Whether youre using a company card or not, should not dictate whether you get price gouged or not. ITS MY BUSINESS!!! Youre only hurting me. Not some big corporation. Stay away from these guys man, they just want your easy money.

I bring my fleet vehicle to this location for routine service but I prefer to go to another service provider for my personal vehicles.My 3 star is for the customer service, it’s not that good. I get it, it’s a oil change shop by the freeway but just a few hours a month in customer service training would go along ways here.

Quick. Good team. Great value. No appointment needed. Done quickly. Fills my wiper fluid and fills tires -- all the little things make for a great visit. Its not just about the oil change. 5 STARS!

Absurd. I waited 10 minutes in the lobby while the employee was downstairs on his phone. Finally someone acknowledged me only to say, “lobby is closed”.Then, they charged me $141.00 for a 15 minute oil change. $52.00 for labor!! I couldn’t believe it. My mechanic (who I love but I was in a hurry) charges me $90.I have been to that jiffy lube before and it was $110. Not sure what changed. The receipt said they had filled up washer fluid, but the light was still on saying it was empty.I guess because we are in the middle of a global crisis, unemployment rates off the charts, they figure it’s a good time to overcharge people and treat their customers poorly.I will never ever go there again.

Ive been coming here for 20 years and have always had my oil changed here. In fact Ive always brought my personal cars as well as my fleet here. They never were great, but they werent bad either. They got the job done.Today I came in to get my spark plugs changed. They told me the guy who did that was at lunch and that I should come back in an hour. I told him that it was going to be lunch time in an hour and that if I came back then I would probably get hosed. I also explained that there would be other people getting their oil changed and that would be a problem as well. He said dont worry about it, the guy will be back from lunch and hell do it when I get back.When I returned, the manager (Andres) was very rude and treated me like I was an inconvenience. He said it would be at least 2 hours, but he was noncommittal. I explained that I had already been there earlier and was told to come back and get it taken care of. He said he couldnt do it because the other guy was at lunch and there were people getting their oil changed. I told him that was exactly what I predicted would happen and I didnt appreciate them wasting my time.Andres the manager took absolutely no responsibility and made zero efforts to make the situation right.Suffice it to say, I wont be returning. After 20 years, this is not the way to treat a long term customer. The owner of this place needs to hire better management.PS. About 30 minutes later, I had to drive by there and I couldnt help but notice that there were no cars in the bay and the workers were all just standing around.Then, when I got on the freeway I noticed that my hood was bouncing up and down. Sure enough, when I pulled over to check it it was unlatched. That was after the guy at Jiffy Lube said Hold on, let me check your hood. After he checked it, he said it was fine. Not only are these guys inconsiderate, it appears they are incompetent and even dangerous as well.

Had an oil change on my new Ford C-Max this morning. I was greeted within a few seconds upon arriving and escorted inside. No appointment made. A very nice and pleasant team here (Gabriele, Gonzalo and Daniel). I had been coming here before with my old Camry and will continue to bring my C-Max going forward. Highway robbery. They are trying to charge $115 for an oil change and were incredibly rude when questioned about the price. When I decided against it, they slammed the hood shut entirely unnecessarily. Probably because they were disappointed they couldnt pocket the extra money.

Was worried/interested to see what oil changes in the time of covid looks like... They have it down pretty well there. All employees and customers in gloves, and you can even stay inside your car, for the entire service.

Very service oriented. Not pushy about adding things to be done. Had an appointment that I had to make and they went fast to accommodate. Been coming here for years. Great service by Gabriele!

This place is very expensive for synthetic oil changes, I understand synthetic is quite a bit more expensive however I feel like $112 is quite insane for an oil change on a Hyundai Sonata. I mean they even forgot to put my oil change due date sticker on my window. However on a positive note they did vacuum my car, accepted online coupons, were rather quick, but not too quick and provided coffee and water in the waiting area.

Be Aware! The hours posted are not correct. This location opens at 8am, not 7am as listed. I found out the hard way...

Apparently they routinely over fill with oil and then use an air compressor to blow some of it off instead of actually cleaning their mess. Drove somewhere else and looked under my truck and about had a heart attack because I thought it was leaking oil! All on the frame and drops on the ground. Took it back and they acted like it was fine. They blew some more air on it and said have a nice day. They obviously didn’t care at all.

If you go in with a Groupon expect to be treated poorly. I have gone in as a cash customer and a Groupon customer and there is a big difference. They also dont react nicely if you turn down their offer to replace your air filter at a 150% markup. I wont be going backRevised 9-15-18They have really gotten their act together in regards to custom service. Crew working today were polite, efficient and professional. Very nice surprise and they have earned my business back.

They saw I was 21 year old girl who doesn’t know much about cars and tried to take advantage of me, charged over $100 for an oil change. They don’t have any signs anywhere displaying their prices, which made it extra easy for them to jack up the price. After complaining I managed to get them to take $20 off, but $80 is still way overpriced for what they did. I’m not going back there again.

Wow. Ive never been and why would I go with these horrendous reviews. Ford tells me 65 bucks to change the oil. Which is cheaper than every other review Ive read.

They charged me 97 $ for an oil change and didnt tell me the pricing until after they had started on my car!! Very upset!! Will never go here again! And they went through my glove compartment and switched settings on my car.
