I had the front headlights replaced with new ones. They did a terrific job. Everything is working great. This is a fantastic place to bring your car(s). They have great mechanics. They know how to.diagnose the car and repair whats needed. They do it at a fair cost and can get the parts needed. In my opinion its a 10 star shop.

It seems vehicles will always needs service at some point. Having driven well over a million miles I appreciate finding a mechanic who is thorough and knows his cars (and trucks). Computer literate, qualified help and being personable helps me give this place of Brunos five stars.

They were great. Had a messed up muffler and damaged gear shift assembly. They even fixed exterior damage to my door. Changed my front tires as well as inspected my vehicle. All in one day, while keeping me up to date on things going on. I was prepared to walk after dropping my car there but they dropped me off at my house. They even picked me up from a different location after my car was repaired. My second time here and I would definitely recommend. Very generous. Ty again guys.

All factory parts were used and if unable Bruno and the folks fabricated custom solutions to at least the factory standard. I am pleased beyond description as a first time customer. Easily 7 out of 5 stars. Parrottas will be my only choice for future maintenance and repair needs. They treated my car as if it was theirs; what more could you ask for?

I brought the car in for inspection in the morning. Before he started, the mechanic noticed an exhaust leak. Within 5 minutes the car was on a lift, and the crack was discovered. They took the job right away, and I had the car back that afternoon. All that, and a ride to and from home. Thats what I call good, no, great service. Thank you.

Good place they know there stuff but man are they over the top expensive found out my timing chain was bad and they tried charging me 7000 for the job crazy. went to a shop in ct charging way less then what they quoted. good place to get your cars checked and other stuff but for major repairs and other stuff i would say a big no. way to expensive, then the boss man calls me says bring your title and ill put your car in auction and sell it for you so you can pay for the diagnostics cars not worth fixing. ha funny thanks for that but other than that honest review they know there stuff but too expensive.

Amazing work. Honest and empathetic mechanics. Bruno SAVED ME! I had a front-end collision that looked pretty bad, but when I went to him, he said he could get it done for what I was willing to spend. I took my Cooper S for a serious oil leak which would be expensive to fix at any shop the difference at this one was that for every dime they charge me i was ask for approval first every part they removed they sent me pictures as well for the new ones they would install and kept me posted on every single step during the repair which i really appreciated they are very professional and very dedicated and i was very pleased.

When I was considering buying a mini cooper i did some research of owners and repair shops. Which first brought me to Parrottas I had brought my (new) Used car to Parrottas before I bought it and had them look everything over. They did just that in a timely manner and with there stamp approval and a TON of new knowledge about my purchase good and bad I bought my first Mini Cooper. Through the routine maintenance, oil changes etc they have been great. Then the dreaded check engine light popped up. I called to make an appointment, they said to bring it right in when the fix was going to be more than few hours I was offered a loaner. There were a few things happening they got right to it and explained it to me every step of the way. They also worked with my warranty program. At the end they reviewed all the work and parts with me and said that in the future my cooper will need x,y,z and this is what it will cost and how much time we will need. Very honest, consistent, reliable team over there! Everyone is on the same page and I feel really great about my service and experience! Coopers can be tricky Ive been told so I feel really lucky to have Parrottas on my side. I have recommended them many times and will continue to do so.

Bruno and team are master mechanics, 100% honest, and good people. Weve been going for years and they keep our 2006 volvo xc90 running like new with 245,000 miles on it, as well as my 2008 pickup and 2006 volvo s80. These older vehicles run so well due to their great maintenance/repair, we dont want to get rid of them. We trust Parottas with all our mechanical needs and have never been let down.

Some of the best in the game. I drive an A8L that is out of warranty, and had a really hard time finding a service center that knew what the were doing with this car. Parottas does dealer quality work at a better price, they are fast, accurate and they stand by everything they do PERIOD.

These guys are always on point. Christian lets you know what’s going on, and frankly, Bruno possesses just the right level or neuroticism so that I’m perfectly comfortable with him working on my car. Just an all around great local spot, skip the stealership.

Bruno and the boys really went out of their way to fix the problem I was having, even after Fathers and Sons totally misdirected me. When one thing didnt work, they tried another UNTIL it was done and done correctly. They worked within my budget even tho they couldve received more. I appreciated that. I recently had the pleasure of discovering the benefits of being a customer of Parrottas Auto Repair and Sales. My situation was that my 2004 BMW had broken down again and was left at a local repair shop that had my loyalty. However, when I was given a quote of over $2,700.00 to replace a power steering pump issue that caused the belt and related parts to fail I was close to just getting rid of the vehicle. I had just spent a total of over $3,400.00 in two recent visits to replace the water pump, battery and alternator. An employee of my office who knows Bruno and Parrottas highly recommended that I immediately have my car towed from the repair shop it was at to Parrottas for an honest appraisal of my situation. I am so glad I did. I immediately received a welcoming email from Bruno who said Im on it - we will do our best. His best was incredible. They have a master welder who was able to repair the ears that broke off the pump due to the negligence in reinstalling the pump in the past. They also found that the pump had the wrong fluid which could have caused the pump to be ruined. So they flushed the wrong fluid, replaced it with the correct fluid and installed the other new parts that were ruined when the pump let go of its mounting. The best part beyond the friendly, quick and highly competent service is that my final bill was over $1,400.00 less than what was quoted to me by that other establishment. Parrottas gets an A+ and all my future business. Job well done!
