I came to collect the rental van on a Saturday morning. There was only one employee at the counter but he was very quick and informative about my reservation. I got my rental van in under 10 minutes and it was easy to return the van.

Easy to pick up trailer, very helpful staff, hilarious to go to a former strip club to do it! The building is much more useful as a Uhaul than it ever was as a nasty strip club!

Seemless pickup.

I reserved a truck for on Sunday night for Friday with a 24 hour window, my reservation was confirmed and all set. I get a call Friday am asking if Im coming to get my truck, it was a little after 9. To that I say yes, I am on my was, Im 10 mins out. Great, the guy says, well, I just need you to know that we need it back by 7 am bc we have a reservation for it.... im like, well l, I too have a confirmed 24 hour reservation as well.He then goes on to say, we never rent trucks for 24 hours on the weekend. I need my truck by 7:30 am, or you have to pay for the next persons rental bc I cant screw them. Wait, I said, you are screwing me and my schedule by telling me I have to have it back before my reservation is up. Then he says, well if you arent sure you can have it back by then, I cant rent you the truck. Are you frigging serious???Complete BS!!!! If you are renting for the weekend, please beware! I cancelled my truck, I will go elsewhere.

I have heard alot of horror stories when it comes to moving companies, my own included. So when I had such a great experience with Smooth Movin I had to write a review.First off very professional, courteous and on time. I was given an email and a text confirmation with the movers names along with contact numbers, date and time, address of to and from locations, and when they arrived it was very easy to communicate with them. (which I have had terrible problems before with companies that use non english speaking movers, horrible problems!) They carefully padded and shrink wrapped all my furniture and were very good at listening and understanding my needs. So to sum it all up it was smooth movin with SMOOTH MOVIN! I would definately recommend them. Thanks guys!
