They had billed my credit card multiple times. Then never drafted the money. After 7 days they charge you a 30$ late fee. Never received a receipt. Never received a explanation of charges. Call enterprise. Will never deal with them again. If you use this place. Change your debit card immediately. So they can’t bill you fraudulently.I also took the liberty of contacting the Addison police. They said this is not the first issue with them.

Ms. Wanda is a beautiful God fearing woman whom I had a Jesus junction with. I will always rent from her when need to. If youre in DuPage check her out.

Wanda was friendly and courteous and executed excellent customer service. I ended up at her location by mistake and she changed my reservation to her location without hesitation rather than making me drive to the original location. When the trailer wouldnt connect properly to my vehicle, and Wanda had personally done all the troubleshooting available, she accommodated me by renting me a small truck for a reduced price to keep me in my budget. I cant say enough good things about my experience with Wandas Rentals, Im so glad they exist. My move went smoothly because of all they did for me.

Wanda, the manager, clearly explained my rights and responsibilities while renting a truck, that I was able to reserve the day before I needed it. The Other major rental co cancelled my reservation I had made 2 weeks ahead, the day before my reservation date to use the truck. Very poor business move by THE COMPETITOR!!!! But Wanda was both friendly and professional! I will definitely check their reservation availability HERE FIRST, NEXT TIME!!!

Excellent customer service!!! Wanda went out of her way to make the difficulties that can go along with moving as pleasant as she possibly could. VERY friendly and knowledgeable. We have already scheduled to use them again move more stuff!

The guy Luis/Louis is a complete tool. Unorganized and has a ego of a teenage boy after getting his license.Example #1: This guy is completely convinced that the receiver of a tow package is the part that contains the ball. And that it goes into the hitch under the car. Which is not correct at all.Source: 15 years of trailer experience and holder of a CDL class A of 5+ years.Example #2: He was full of excuses as too why he was not available for me to stop in to pick up some moving material before our moving day. Something about a brand new truck being stolen which made his sound very paranoid and irresponsible for an adult of his age.Example #3: As I was picking up a trailer at a different location, I had realized I bought a 3in rise and needed a 3in drop. As I went to return the hitch I called to confirm if I was able to exchange and Luis proceeded to blast me with accusations that I stole a second hitch and I was trying to return the stolen one. COPS GOT INVOLVED. And I was very cooperative even though Luis was trying to ban me from uhaul for life after I apparently stole this $25 hitch. (Mind you I had a $200 hitch from Grainger for our heavier trailer so no second hitch was even needed) The cops proceeded to watch the security footage of the incident and found nothing. Wasting 2 and half hrs of both mine, and the cops time. On the day I was supposed to move.Overall: This was the worst/first/last uhaul experience I have/will ever encountered.

I rented a truck from here yesterday. Scheduling the pickup was easy and convenient. I spoke to Wanda over the phone and she was very friendly and helpful. Everything else was disappointing, though.The seats in the truck were dirty and the brakes squeaked loudly everytime I stopped.I was also charged $7 extra because they claimed I returned the truck with 1/16th of a tank less gas than it had when I picked it up. I returned the truck with the gas gauge exactly where it was when I picked it up. When you measure a gas gauge in 16ths, its hard to be exact. Or, if the trunk isnt parked on a level surface it could read different.I called uhaul customer service about this and they said a manager could call me in three days. That seems like a long time to wait.All in all, Im pretty disappointed in Wandas rentals and uhaul for their below average customer service.
