This is the worst telecom provider ever existed. Im talking from major and global experience with them as a director of telecom for large enterprises. So avoid the scam and steer away from them by all means.
They served us well while we had them, and service rarely went down. Unfortunately, it would have taken them 3 weeks to move our service to our new location and we had to drop them. Thats way to long of a wait. Otherwise, we were happy with Windstream.
We ordered their Internet service over a year ago and after two dozen phone calls still no resolution on their installation that doesn’t work. Now we’re getting collection calls for the monthly service that NEVER worked!! Worst company in the history ive ever dealt with for our business
One of the WORST companies to get any services from! ZERO reliability, ZERO customer service, and nickle and dime the heck out of their customers. Offered a $40 plan but bill is $83 a month - regulatory and non regulatory charges - a SCAM of a company taking advantage of rural area customers! Unethical business practices.
1.26 mg is the AVERAGE speed (incoming) 750.99 kb (outgoing)! Remember DIAL-UP 10-15 years ago? This is SLOWER THAN THAT!! It took 8 minutes to post this review....SERIOUSLY!!
Internet service installation originally schedule for 8/27/18. Got pushed to 10/12/18. Now pushed to 11/1/18. Cant wait to see the new date I get from Windstream in a few weeks.
Horrible customer service. They blind transfer multiple times and nobody knows what’s going on or how to resolve a problem. I called to order new service getting FIBER optic internet. The tech gets there to install and he stated it was DSL and not fiber optic. I called to cancel order and they had me on hold for 30 min to do so. Horrible horrible misleading company. Stay away if you can. I currently have 200 megabits per second with spectrum paying 60 and I’m moving and to west Texas and they trying to charge me 59 for 100 mps DSL. Crooks.
Well we had internet installed 4 weeks ago & its been down for 3 of those weeks. Weve had two tech visits stating everything was fixed yet we still have no internet. Im so frustrated! Customer Service sucks! If you cant take off multiple days of work you get no help! Im beyond annoyed!!If you have any other options Id suggest you explore those first!
