I agree with previous reviews regarding the frustration with the annual contract auto-renewals. While it is in the contract, it is quite disappointing we were not reminded of the renewal when we canceled our service 2 months into our new 1-year contract. We would have preferred to keep the LOGIX service rather than pay for no internet service.

Horrible. There is no other word to describe the service. Sales people will promise you the stars just to get you under contract. Once your in nothing you were promised is done and if you have any issues they charge you to get anything repaired even if it is their fault its not working. They are just out to get your money don’t do business with this company stay away!

Worst customer service. The company automatically renews your contract with no notification. All they do is reference their contract. 8 more months and we are gone . We will save 75% per month with someone else
Horrible company!! Stay away from Logix Communications at all cost unless you are a millionaire who doesnt care about your wallet! I had to sign a 3 year contract and when my contract was up, I needed just a few more months because I was going to combine this office with another location. They told me I would have to go month to month and raised my rates a couple hundred dollars a month. I had to give a 30 day written notice that I was disconnecting. When I moved, they charged me an early termination fee of $966.85. When I called back to complain that I wasnt in a contract anymore so there shouldnt be an early termination fee, they said they would lower the charge to $250 as a disconnection fee plus a $34.95 processing fee. (They also will charge you $250 if you decide to move your location and keep their service.) Additionally, they charged me for the full month even though I told them I needed my service disconnected on the 21st of the month.I also had a problem porting my numbers to my new provider. It took them over a month to release my numbers to my new carrier! This company really stinks! Internet was always slow and phone service would go out serveral times a year. Skip the hassle and the money hungry way they do business! Find another provider!!
The absolute worst customer service. Ive never received more difficulty with a company. Weve previously sued, won, and switch to Alpheus, which only to be bought up by Logix Communications (2yrs later). Ive called for 2 weeks straight and have had no luck in getting in contact with our representative. Weve email notices to terminate our account, to no avail. As for there service, we have dedicated fiber and top of the line hardware originally from Alpheus, so I cant discount them there. However, I highly doubt you will receive the same. (not an Ad) I recommend to use Nxtsys to find competitive bids for an ISPs.
Very nearly zero downtime over 10 years. Rapid response to questions/problems which were very few. Excellent support and response to service changes.T1 service is too pricey for the speed.
I am using the 100% Fiber Optic connection. From the build up, to the installation, everything was planned out and fell right into place. We are now using a 50 x 50 line with our phone lines with Logix. I had one 5 minute glitch since we switched mid February. I called them and had 2 follow up calls to make sure we had no more issues. I have been very happy so far.
Had Logix fiber and phone service installed at two of our businesses in the last 30 days. There are plenty of providers out there that have terrible support and nothing but confusion when you need something done. Logix is not one of them. Techs that came out were very friendly and helpful, services have been rock solid. Great provider.
Google would have provide an option to give zero stars or -ve points, that would really matches to this company. I have never seen a worst service with a high bills. Please dont choose this company. When ever we face problem the Account manager comes into the situation and do nothing, thats awesome rit.... After taking their services I laugh out loud (LOL) on myself.
Ive had an excellent experience with Jeramie and Logix throughout my career. Always helpful and they know how to get the job done.
Customer service is terrible. Our business phone system went down and they wanted an extra $500 to expedite service to get us a new system in place. The expedited service was 15 days out. A business cannot do without phones for 15 days. I had our phone line transferred to our answering service - which took about 10 minutes. When I asked to have them transferred back to us, I was told a technician had to do it and they cant tell me how long it will take. Ive been on hold for 30 minutes so far, but no technician available. We will not renew our contract with them!
Logix has been a complete scam, luckily our 3 year contract is now over and we switched to a new provider. We were told we could have 5 lines and internet for $165.00 a month. I asked if that included caller ID, voicemail etc and I was told yes that is all available. The sneaky sales person gave me the impression it was included but when everything was hooked up I had none of those features which are needed as we are a business. The additional cost brought our bill to 364.00 a month. The internet service was dial up slow and we are a brokerage office and placing trades quickly can make a difference. We called them numerous times and finally decided to just up our internet to 20mps. They wanted us to extend for another three years to upgrade. After numerous fights they finally agreed not to extend our contract an additional three years. The customer service is very rude. I made our payment and it did not show on their end but I showed were it cleared my bank and they forced me to make an additional payment or they would disconnect us. luckily they did finally credit the payment to account a month later. The phone service is awful, I believe since it is VOIP instead of a hardline. The calls were static filled and calls were dropped. When we would call the rude customer service they said it must be our phone system, we changed phone systems at a huge cost and still it was the same. We just switched to a new provider and our phones are crystal clear. Beware this is the worst place I ever done business with in the last 20 years. They are awful, dishonest, and rude.
I run an IT business across D/FW, and a few of my clients use Logix for Internet and Voice services. We havent had any trouble with them at all, theyve been extremely helpful and more than willing to work with us on modifications to our service contracts.
We are a mid size CPA firm that requires efficient, reliable internet and voice service to function effectively. For years we had been paying double per month for the exact services we now receive at half the price from Logix. Our representative made setting up effortless and the switch from our previous provider to Logix went without a hitch! Our rep, Brad Cole, checks in regularly to make sure we are getting the level of service and performance that he had promised from the beginning. We havent had one hiccup. Overall very satisfied.
Customer service is sooooooooooo slow. What I could do in GoDaddy with just 3 clicks of the mouse has taken the LOGIX team over a week to do. Every time I call customer service, I have to be placed on hold for 10-15 minutes. Then, each time I think something is resolved, I have to call back, wait more, only to find out nothing has been done. FRUSTRATING!!! Go with GoDaddy and save yourself a TON of stress.
If you set up automatic payment with them, they will continue to bill you even if you cancel the agreement per terms. Multiple calls will only lead to a black hole.
