IPad charger broke off in iPad. Wonderful person had it fixed in less than 5 minutes and no charge. Makes you want to return! Excellent. Strongly recommend.

My iPhone 7 had some minor cracks on my screen until I accidentally drop it this Morning that cause a big crack on my upper right side of my iPhone and Thank God I found this place that is nearby.They were able to repair my iPhone 7 screen brand new within an hour.God Bless the staff here and there work.

Drew did all he could to check my iPhone 8 Plus screen to no avail the motherboard was broken. He tried three different ways to make it work and didn’t have to pay for anything. Extremely great customer service!

Dont go to these guys they are clowns i took my iphone here to get a new battery and the first time they put a dead battery into my phone and didnt even test it after they installed it so they had to take the batter out and install another battery. Then when they installed the next battery it only had like 5 percent charge left and im 100 percent sure brand new batteries ship with more than 5% charge. Currently its been about a month and a half since they put the current battery in my phone and the performance is worse than my original battery and runs down really fast i have to charge it multiple time per day whereas my original apple battery would last two days before running all the way down to zero percent.Im having serious issues with this aftermarket battery it must be some cheap chinese battery. Learn from my mistake and just go to apple and pay the money to get an OEM battery from apple because these guys are using garbage batteries and used batteries.

Brought my phone to Batteries Plus Bulbs on Belt Line to get the battery on my iPhone replaced. Service was outstanding! The folks at this Batteries Plus Bulbs store are very professional and they do inform you in a timely manner if there are any complications during the repairs theyre making on your phone. Would highly recommend going to this store if you need your phones batteries replaced or your screen repaired!

UPDATE: 6 months later my motherboard failed on my iPhone and the reasoning was a poor screen replacement job. I was very upset about this because I thought I had a great experience.Fantastic service. Great guys.iPhone 7 Plus screen replacement took only 30 minutes, and they cleaned the phone for me! My battery was going bad on My IPhone SE and needed a replacement. I called ahead to make sure they had a replacement and scheduled for the next day. I dropped it off ran a quick stop a the store. Came back and it was as good as new. I Highly Recomend them and will be a repeat customer.

Fixed the front & back glass... went in with a grey phone, walked out with a boring black phone... was not told up front it would be a different color. All product logos are missing and can feel the edge where the original was smooth.

I had my iPhone 7 Plus screen cracked, looking for a place to replace the screen. Called before I went there and they told me is 89$. But When I walked in they said it’s 99$ because mine is a 7 plus. I m pretty sure when I called I told them mine is 7 plus.So I left to another repair place. And they did by 79$ with 6 month warranty.

Was given the phone with no sim card and no sim card holder (so pretty sure it was not tested). Once the sim card was installed, no service on the phone and signal bar was showing 1X instead of 4G. Signal flashed between 1 and 4 bars rapidly. Tech restarted the phone and was able to make a call. Left with the phone and was able to complete one more call after I left. I am now without cell service. Will be headed back in the morning as soon as they open.

They installed a new battery in my android phone, but I saw no improvement. So not happy about that. However, they quickly replaced my old battery and gave me a full refund.

I had two iPhones with two different issues. I was amazed by how fast the repairs took place (most places aren’t even open on Sunday) as well as how reasonable their prices were.
