2 huge red flags for this store:- I dropped off my A/V receiver for repair. I was told 3 business days. I had to call 2 weeks later asking for an update. Very unresponsive.- They were unable to fix my A/V receiver, but still charged me $20. I dont think I should have to pay to have my electronics remain broken. I understand there is time and effort that goes into diagnosing the problem, but the onus should not be on me to pay for their lack of electronic expertise.In short, I would not recommend C&K Electronics for any kind of service if you value responsiveness and an electronics store that actually gets the job done.

I dont have a word to express i blessings i feel now what perry did for my son laptop. Just a thankyou is not enough. Perry you are THE KING OF REPAIRING ELECTRONICS. God blessed you.

My wife and I brought in my 50 in. LG smart tv on Wednesday Dec 23rd and Perry dropped it off on Christmas Eve. before 6:00pm. I am on oxegen and to me that was above and beyond what he needed to do. I would definatly recomend them.

Stoped in today with a computer issue and the owner was more then helpful, fixed my computer right there on the spot. i rarely write reviews however i want to make sure i give credit where credit is due.
