I usually get package F for $29, very thorough cleaning Inside and out. Would absolutely return here again for the many services they offer.

The hours listed for this business is closed at 6pm, its 3:52pm on a Friday night and the man cleaning the car outside just yelled at me...were closed! Like Im supposed to know that but ok. Bye! Never coming back here!

Been to this location twice. Customer service was good but the cleaning of the outside of the car needed a little more attention both times. I dont mind paying if quality is good. Will be looking for a new place.

Do not scratch your paint in a tunnel wash. Hand washing will add years to your paint life.

There are lots of hand car washes around now but this one is one of the best. They are hard workers who do an excellent job. My cars are always clean and shiny with clear windows. This would take me at least half a day and a lot of elbow grease to duplicate. Give them a try!

Definitely not worth the money. There were bugs on the front of the car and water/dust marks from when it’s rained. When I came back to pick up the car the only thing I noticed was the tires were fresh. He told me it was still dirty cause I didn’t pay to have it detailed. So I guess getting a car wash there means they’ll spray some water on it but won’t put any effort into cleaning the car unless you pay to get it detailed.

I was so disappointed upon picking up my car. I expected a lot more for just a tad under $300.00. I pulled away and inspected it in the parking lot and brought the car right back. They forgot to clean the running boards, the glove box had not been vacuumed and there was white soapy marks or residue drip marks down the passenger side door. I expected a clean smelling car after the all day detailing, but it smelled like a dirty wet towel. I had to ask for air fresheners. They had the car for 9 hours. Definitely not worth what I paid.I expected a call from management but never heard a word. They should have offered me a redo or at the very least and apology.

I had a regular car wash outside and regular clean on the interior of the car. they scratched my leather seats with vacuum and I only had the car for 2 weeks. no apology and did not care one bit. So disappointing.

They have done a very good job for me the past 5 years. Better than the vast majority of car washes I have used. The team works hard and does a good job.

They will wash you vehicle really good but there washrooms were really disgusting and dirty. This is the only reason I will not give them a five star review

Unprofessional.That is NOT a hand car wash.My car looks like been cleaned by regular car wash machine, NOT by hands. Absolutely not recommended. I leave in the ear $35 box .Disappointed :( .I ask to re clean and they did not, they refuse.

Chipped the paint on my back bumper in two spots. Car less than 1000 miles on it so I wanted to get a little extra for my new car. Got extra Allright. 80 dollars for a wash wax and two paint chips.Called customer service at their main office.Unpleasant man who would not listen to me. Referred me to the Addison sudsational for my complaint. So no one supervises the Addison store and they are not held accountable by their home office in Downers Grove. Called there and was put on hold. App they wont even give me my money back. WILL NOT RETURN.

It costs four times as much for the same services that you can receive at other car wash businesses within a couple of miles of this one. I am sure that the service at Sudsational is good, but so are others, so that Sudsational is definitely not worth the cost, no matter how good the service is. The last time that I came to this carwash, it was called Hand Car Wash, and while it was more expensive, its prices were not exorbitant, so I did not expect a carwash that costs upwards of $100 for services that are in the $20- $25 range elsewhere.

Stopped by yesterday at 540p. They said they already closed. I told him I thought they close at 6p according to their hours. Guy responded they have too many car to take car of. I looked inside and didnt even see a car being washed. Owner should change hours to 5p so people dont show up to get turned away. This was 2nd time within month showing up before 6p to be told they already closed!!

I hate and I mean hate giving bad reviews.. but If im paying 84.00 plus leave a 10.00 tip I would expect a great wash and wax.. My 2017 Explorer with 15,000 miles looks worse than when I brought it in.. they explained it would take longer for the wax.. I told them I was in no rush .. finished under than 30 minutes was everywhere.. rims filthy door jams dirty wax in the door Jams .. terrible..they didn’t even remover my mats from the back row.. 84.00? went back in and they said come back tomorrow? I hope the owner reads this and calls me back and will gladly put 5 Star ⭐️ if they refund or redo the work.. I gladly paid for it plus 10.00 tip
