First of all- AMAZING wash location. I was impressed at the friendliness of the staff and that the owners actually were on site working too! My car was so clean, cleaner than it has been in months. I am honestly so impressed with thus place- and shocked that the wash cost itself is so low. I can tell they use high quality soap and really care about producing a clean car. I signed up for a membership instantly. I won’t be washing my car anywhere else! All I ask is for more H2O Living Car Washes in the future all over DFW because I love that this is a car wash with a cause. Can’t wait to go back and wash my car again!- happy clean car customer

I’m giving this place a star… because honestly there is no option. They didn’t clean my car, I had to asked the twice to te clean it and even then there was no difference. Do not go here they do a mediocre job, management does not provide feedback to team and does not care to ensure they provide a good service

Went for an interior detailing done, ended up getting my OBD port and wiring damaged.I did notice water under the steering on driver side immediately after picking up the car but didn’t pay attention to it until burning smell started 3 days after and smoke came out of car 6 days after. It took 3 days for their GM Lance to respond to my messages and 2 more days just to say they have no clue how water came in.They claim to check the videos but they ask me who added the paper mat which was put by them and started to blame that the air conditioning of car is at fault(which is on the passenger side).Now I’m going via insurance to get my wiring harness redone, which in case you didn’t know costs 6k for my Lexus. I’d strongly suggest to save some money and look at another place to get your car washed!

I purchased a monthly unlimited of the highest quality wash. Not worth the money. When theyre busy, just wash your car yourself cause it doesnt get dried sufficiently and youre gonna have to towel dry your vehicle yourself anyway. I second the earlier review on too much tire shine, it just kicks up onto fenders and down the side of my vehicle.The truly appalling part of the experience is the business responses to the negative reviews. The staff were always polite to me on site, but reading the responses below, I wont be back.

Well they are nice people but for $27 I expected them to clean the trash out of the doors and wipe down the doors and cup holder and center console. And to at least clean the trash out of the back. But no apparently thats not part of the $27 I paid. But the little they did clean on the inside they did a good job and the outside looks good. But I should have went elsewhere.

Fast. But not efficient if you do the fast wash.

Best car wash. And on Wednesday its only 14.99. Great for us elderly children. Try it, hope youll like it.

I’ve always had the best experiences here.... but have not come inside while my car is detailed before. Between exactly zero employees wearing their masks properly, or even at all, and the insane amount of swearing and slur-using in conversations between employees in front of customers, I won’t be returning.

Great exterior wash for $10. However the lady working at the start of the wash only scrubbed the driver side of the car. Free vacuums for you to clean the inside of your car. Overall its good for what you pay for.

Below average quality. Anything beyond basic Exterior Express $7.00 wash is a waste of time and money. These guys dont pay much attention after the wash in the tunnel is finished, leaving a lot of dirty spots on the vehicle. They also apply tons of tire shine, which immediately ends up on doors and fenders.

When they were cleaning the windows on my passenger side window they left a purple residue and scratches on my tint. The manager tried to say it was my fault and I know my car very well I drive and look at it every day and that was not there before it was taken in. I called the manager and he told me to call him the day after Christmas so I did. Would not answer the phone. So I texted him. He will not speak to me on the phone only text and he is very rude. I will be bringing him an estimate and hopefully he will pay for it. I will never return to this car wash and will never recommend it to anyone. Very unprofessional how they handle their business.

I paid 30$ to shampoo the carpet and get a exterior wash. So only one was done which was the front passenger side. Nothing was wiped down or cleaned or vaccumed inside so that was disappointing. For 30 dollars Im expecting more than a basic wash and 1 section of my car shampooed.It was my 1st time going there so maybe I didnt know all I was getting idk. I had to get a bucket and rag to wipe my car and my matts were dusty too just overall really poor performance for 30 dollars. It was so bad Im going to dispute it on my credit card 🤥

This is probably the most expensive car wash Ive ever had but the results dont lie. They did a GREAT JOB. Its the cleanest my car has been since I drove it off the dealership.

I took my Mercedes Benz here to be washed and detailed, lo and behold they did the opposite. The staff are not trained, they took a spray bottles and sprayed the interior instead of spraying the towel, not only that they didn’t vacuum my car and left it in the condition it was in for 25.00. I mean really? What’s the point of paying to have your car dirty. Unacceptable I wouldn’t take my to this or anyone’s to that fact, to this car wash, and we are in Covid-19 times, they are filthy.

With the services I usually get, I havent noticed any real changes since the ownership switched. There are some new blue stools and the staff wear a different shirt now. BTW the wash is good too, since thats what you really wanted to know.

I had a great experience here. It took a little longer than I expected for my car to get clean, but they really did a great job detailing my car. I had spilled a spinach smoothie down the side of my passenger seat and I just knew it was never going to come out! They got all of it out! The lady at the front desk was very friendly too. Would come here again.

A cut above the usual full service car washes. They took the time to clean and shine the little corners and crevices. Reasonable, competitive rates. Loved it

I have tried many services and they are all the same. How fast can I get someone out regardless of doing a complete job with clean non greasy rags. Windows shouldnt have a film where you can see the wipe strokes. Also you move stuff around but dont put it back or get even close.

Its 5 minutes from everything, and has free coffee, water, and available snacks and sodas. Sure, its an older car wash, but it has charm, and its location is perfect.First time I went there, the young kid drying my car had a watch on, and scuffed the top of my limited edition, one-of-a-kind, Grabber-Blue Mustang. I contacted management, and they promptly fixed it, without question. Obviously, I was furious when it happened, but Lance (the GM) assured me hed take care of it, and he did. He was very patient with me, even though I pretty angry about the scratch. Couldnt ask for a better experience getting it resolved.A couple things I would suggest; #1: The tire dressing is put on way too thick, and it sheds off onto the car when you drive off. Either have the dryers keep a towel specifically for this, and have them wipe the tires, or adjust the dressing so it doesnt coat so thickly. #2: The rocker panels and inside door jambs are never touched, but it makes a really nice presentation when those details are covered. Five minutes of training for each new staff member, on things like drying, vacuuming under floor mats, belt-buckles, jewelry, watches, etc, would really better the experience, and minimize liability.

Extremely Unprofessional!!! and nasty attitude. The manager needs to change at this establishment ASAP! They charged me and did not even clean the car properly! They refused to clean my car which I had to pay for. When asked to see the manager, she did not even have the courtesy to come and talk to us. They should not be in business! or change the manager asap, she will only loose customers. Never will we ever come here and will let other people, friends and family to stay away from this place!!!!

This is absolutely the best Carwash in the area. They give top notch service at a reasonable price. I have never had a Carwash make my car look as clean and shiny as they got it. Their staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond what is necessary . Their lobby is full of great amenities, a fully stocked mini market and large TV’s to name a few. Their monthly plans are great if you wash as often as I do. I will never use another wash, as anything less than these guys is a rip off.

I’ve been to many places before and this was by far the best experience I have had at a car wash. They even took care of a few scratches that a couple of other places struggled to fix. This is my new place to go.

I have been going to Big Os for years now. They are a really good car wash that really takes pride in their services. Lance the manager is super friendly and always takes good care of the customers. The waiting area is really nice with massaging chairs and also a shoe shine station.

My local car wash. Tried coming here three times. Unfortunately, they do NOT clean the inside even when you pay for it. Only the dashboard was cleaned. It is very disappointing because I live so close and was excited to have a place to come frequently. Now I have to drive 7 miles away to get what I pay for. The outside wash is great but beware that if you have a SUV, they will not vacuum the trunk very well even when empty. People are nice but they just dont do a great job cleaning inside car. I paid $25 plus tip and had to clean the entire inside when I got home.

Love this place because they were courteous in the freezing Cold and wiped my mirrors, windsheild, windows, and front of the car with just a basic car wash. I was impressed because I went to Ocean Blue and the young woman refused to let me use a dirty rag to wipe my wet mirrors! I couldnt believe it.Big Os is where Ill be gong from now on. 👏👌👍

Just paid $25 for premium wash, $5-$10 higher than most others for same level of was and no rain check. I’m now cleaning my windows again due to all the streaks left and wiping dash dust off as well. NOT a good experience to say the least.

Decided to give them a try. Paid $50.00 for a hand wash. Asked if they cleaned the interior (Not a Detail). answer i got was yes will wide it down vacuum and clean windows. We do a great jobTotal waste of $50.00Interior windows not cleaned at all. Dashboard not even wiped down.inside of trunk and hood lid not dried.exterior sections still dirty.my grandson can do a better job.Would never recommend to anyone.

This place is awesome! Someone had thrown a syrupy drink on my car, the pitfalls of a public parking garage, and they took extra time and effort to make sure it was all removed before I left. I will definitely be using this place again and again! Everyone was very helpful and very nice.

Been going to Big O for many years. Never had any issues. Today they wanted to apply a $15 surcharge because I had some mud on my vehicle. Totally outrageous. I will never return again.

Very clean, spread our facility, kids can come, nice restrooms and very accommodating staff. Hope they design monthly memberships because will become a member!!! Horrible quality, don’t waste your time, trust me. They’ll sell you “wheels and tires done” but the say that the machine does it in the tunnel, sure. They don’t dry it either, if they partially do it’s with a crusty used towel. My car honestly looks worse than before, at least the dirt was uniform. First and last visit, well done.

Based on good reviews I tried it but this was definitely NOT satisfactory service or professional wash service. It was not cleaned in one go and I had to ask 3 times to get interior cleaned, still it doesnt look like I have got it washed from a professional. They would though do as you ask but you dont expect to pinpoint each place and then they would clean. You rather expect you provide your car and get a professionally cleaned car. Still there were finger prints on dashboard screen windows. Would not recommend to someone unless you can exactly tell them in 1000 words what all areas you expect them to be clean.

So I went to this carwash with my husband on 8/10/19 because he wanted to do their monthly subscription deals for 60$ for as many washes as you want.... I told him I didnt want to do that till I see the quality of the wash. And thank god I did that! I could of done a better job. Bugs are still on it, crumbs in my cup holders, simple stains that could of been wiped away, and my rear view mirror full of prints. All they did was basically run it through the car wash and vacuum it. I ordered the THE WORKS for 30$ and didnt get that. Also they got cleaner liquid trapped in my plastic protector over my radio... but they seemed to miss to wipe some stains away Never coming here again....

My car has a lot of sensors and I prefer a hand wash. Big O no longer offers hand wash. Sucks because they were the best in the area. 1 star is not really appropriate since I do love the place, just really bummed they no longer provide the service I loved and the reason I went.In response to the owner- Ive stopped in one other time prior to this visit and was told by the staff outside they were not doing hand washes that day. I usually try to go early, shortly after opening on Saturday. Maybe this is a training opportunity for your staff that greets your customers. I was told twice, two separate weeks, they couldnt/wouldnt do a hand wash on Saturdays anymore.

I have only been coming here for the 1 year free car wash from the dealership I bought my car at. I would never come here if it wasn’t for the free wash! I have added extra money to get an extended more detailed wash at times, but not worth it. Most of all customer service sucks!!! Today I was there and the young girl came to my window didn’t say anything to me at all. I said hello, how are you? She just looked at me, I thought maybe she didn’t speak English, Oh but she does! I said to her.... You should smile and speak to the customers, she said Oh my bad, and still didn’t speak!! She looked at the customer numbers on my window sticker and walked off! I drive around to the wash area and the wash guy gives my car a quick squirt from the hose and uses his hands to push in my motorized side mirrors!!!!😳 I was pretty sure he broke the motor in the mirror!! I opened my door and screamed at him to not do that to my mirrors!! He turned and said Oh my bad! Is this all they know to say! Needless to say, I’m NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN! Free wash is not worth a $600 mirror!

This used to be a great place to get your car washed with outstanding customer service. However, since the former place was bought the customer service has taken a nose dive, I will not return. The people that check you out are in a rush to get you to get back to checking Facebook and laughing at memes - I wish I was making this up but I’ve literally watched it the past three times I’ve gone when I try to ask a question.

I did Works at this place. Quality of service is below average. May be good for basic wash.Pros: Friendly staff.Clean Glass.Good for basic wash.Cons: Poor exterior wash. Bug residue and oil stains remained. Since they coated with wax at the end, it was even harder for me to clean them with store bought cleaners.w.r.t interior, only floor vacuuming was done. doors, dash remained untouched.

They do really a good job. Coffee, popcorn, water is free when you’re there. Outstanding customer service. And you can’t go wrong with this place. I will come here again and again and again.

The inside is nice and has free amenities like coffee, popcorn, and wifi. The exterior wash is great (I’m assuming that’s because a machine does it - I could’ve spent $6 anywhere else for that). The interior cleaning is incredibly disappointing, it’s as if they took a rag with remnants of armor all and wiped random spots within the car to check it off their list. Additionally, I saw the guy start vacuuming but when we got to the car, it didn’t look like it had been vacuumed at all.

Average job, but the biggest problem D & M leasing owns the car wash and runs all their cars through and if you get caught in the middle of that moment your car is dry before they can get to it and your waiting time is much longer. I left without getting my car complete and called the manager to have my monthly charge stopped and he ask why. He said he understood and canceled my charge without even trying to convince me to change my mind.

They didnt clean the outside well. I could tell from inside the building before I even got outside to the car it was still dirty...I wasnt even wearing my glasses. I had to get them to run it through a second time. I didnt feel I should have had to ask. So by the time I got in the car, I noticed they didnt even wipe down the interior even though I had paid for it. I just gave up....my time was more valuable. I wont go back.

By far, one of the better prices for a decent value interior/exterior wash. I got The Works on a Saturday, and the only complaint I would have made was with the streaks on the windows, since they apparently didnt change the towels for exterior towel drying often enough during the process.

The inside-where you wait- is super nice, they have free popcorn and vending machines BUT the actual car wash was horrible. The outside of the car was cleaned by a machine which cost 6 dollars alone although it left the outside really nice the inside was a disaster. The guy cleaning my car left the windshield all smered and didnt even bother cleaning the inside back windshield, didnt clean dash - Nope, need better cleaning crew

Monthly VIP pass is AWESOME! I love being able to wash my truck every day if I want. Anytime I want to upgrade the wash for a little more detail I just pay the difference for that one wash. Very reasonable wash plans.
