Great experience having my tires replaced here. Easy to schedule after buying them online and took about as long as they estimated. Much better experience and customer service than I had at Walmart, where I initially tried to get my tires from.

Had my car in there recently and am rather upset about it. Tires and service are fine, but found garbage on passenger seat and under passenger seat. I even had a vehicle sticker swiped off my car. Noticed it when i was driving back and searched my car completely. Just gone and was just put on 2 days ago. Who the hell is that petty to swipe a vehicle sticker.

Cassidy is a great option for high quality auto service, in addition to a reliable shop for tires. The store manager showed me the parts that needed to be replaced with an honest assessment of the life left so I felt good about what was being done.

I’ve been purchasing tires as needed for my family’s 2 vehicles over the course of the last few years from this location and they’ve repaired holes from nails and screws on the tires’ warranties a number of times. Victor and crew always do a great job and are very attentive to the customers. Glad to have them nearby.

This tire shop had the wrong tire sent in that I ordered, then offered me two tires double the price and different brand after taking my old tire off and giving me no options. I brought my own new rim and told him it was in the trunk, after the first problem the second time they put it on was on my old busted rim. It took them three tries for a simple tire change and costed me double then what I was expecting to pay.

I bought two new tires and had them save one of the old ones to mount on a rim that I would be purchasing in the near future. I was given a price to mount it at that time. When I returned with the rim to have the tire mounted for the spare I also returned with one of the new tires that I purchased because the valve stem they put on was leaking. They charged me double the price that they quoted me to mount the tire and they charged me to fix the valve stem that they installed that was leaking. When I complained the manager argued with me about both. If they would of cleaned the rim where the valve stem was mounted the first time like they did the second time it would not have leaked the first time. I would of never posted a review . I had just planned on never returning to do buissness with them again, but they contact me for a review. I have a small buissness and I always do my best to make the customer happy. Here is a perfect example of how big buissness could care less about customer service!

Very disappointed with this company after I was referred by family and friends to go there for service. Victor the manager at the front desk is extremely unprofessional and rude. I needed my tire checked and told him before anything was done to let me know whats wrong with it. Well two hours of waiting later, he finally approached me and told me that there was a nail in my tire and they plugged it. Again, I asked him to tell me first what was wrong before they did anything to it. Then I asked for a quote for brand new tires and he took complete advantage of the situation telling me it would be well over $800 dollars even with a referral 10% discount. I asked him to write out a quote for me so I could think about it and he became very rude not to mention an approach with full blown attitude. I would never go there again and I have told others who have thought about going there not to. Just based on they take full advantage of individuals so they can make commission on their sales and treat customers like garbage. Horrible company and staff.

Great place. Great price (very competitive to all other tire stores I searched - Toyo and Continental distributor) and fast service. Just after our first snow fall I was able to find tires, IN STOCK, and was able to get an appt. within the hour to get them installed. Install was fast and no pressure to get add-ons or extra services like some other places. Also heard guy on phone taking time to explain everything needed to a customer. Provided great service to them. Was very nice to customers walking in. Was able to service most (lots of people looking for tires right now) or schedule them. Waiting room was nice and clean, chairs spread out, anti-bacterial on table, restrooms clean. Really like this place. Will definitely come back here for future tire/services. Fees are in line with other big box tire shops, you can check stock online and verify with online chat or call them up. Thats really nice. Dont have to deal with guy trying to upsell you. Online appt setting available too.

Absolutely horrible to do business with!Victor (the shop manager) is rude and has a terrible attitude! This is no way to operate a business.Careless work quality and they will not take responsibility for damages they caused to my customers vehicle.When I requested for a supervisors contact information, the shop manager refused to provide it and told me to go find it myself.It’s unbelievable that they are still in business operating in this manner.

Good family business, but horrible guy at the front desk. This is the history, based on the recommendation from the Hunters Balancing Machine company regional sales manager, I found Cassidy tires, they were one of the few people that does RV tires (Size 19.5). So, I showed up and they did road force road balance for all 6 tires in the Addison shop. I paid at least $ 30 per tire except for one or two tires ( they charged $50). Took one trip (800 mile) and the vibration was still there at high speed, I called Victor and he told me that they will charge me again to balance the wheels, it does not matter how many miles I drove. I was frustrated and I did not like to keep paying to balance my wheels. So I went ahead and purchased the centramatic wheel balancers for the front tires and booked an appointment with Victor to install them. He indicated that just to take off the tires, I will get charged $25 per tire. Again, I felt he was pushing it, price wise, but not too many shops take RVs. So I had no options.The appointment day came and I showed up really late (I drove the RV through a storm the night before and I was tired). As soon I arrived, I indicated that to Victor but he did not even bother to try to accommodate me, he immediately told me to come back on another day, he also said this is why we have appointments, you need to call ahead of time. The shop was literally empty, both doors were open and my RV dash cam captured that, it was empty. This is a tire shop for god sake, people show all the time with emergencies like a flat tire.Anyway, while I was in their parking lot, I googled to find a truck tire shop 1 mile away from those guys, the other shop was busy but they got me in the service shop quickly, they charged me $30 for both tires (cheaper than Cassidy), and I was out in 20 minutes.I wanted to do get my business at Cassidy, as a family business with good reputation, but given my experience I will never come back again! If you think this is a store that will help you when you need them, think about that again.To be clear, this a review for the Addison store and dealing with Victor!!! I cant speak for other stores or other people.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quick service of changing the tires on my vehicle and even more impressed with the customer service I was provided from Victor. He was very knowledgeable on helping me choose the tires I needed for my car and even told me other services Cassidy provides that I was unaware of, such as their oil change special. I had an appointment, and once I arrived they took my car right away. That’s great service! The cleanliness, quickness and wonderful customer service was refreshing. It’s very apparent the mechanics and Victor take pride in what they do.

Went to get re-torque done on all wheels of a 53’ trailer. Guy in office Victor is a good person. Offered free service(retorquing) initially but as company required proof of work done he had to charge something to produce a bill.Not many places offer such great customer service.

They were very professional and very clean. Also very careful with Covid. They wore masks and gloves and even had hand sanitizer. They got me in and out very quickly. I highly recommend them.

Ive been to this Cassidy many times. Most recently the sidewall of one of my tires had a hole from a pothole. They took in the car right away, found the issue and replaced the tire. I dont think I was even in the place for 30 minutes. Henry and the team were friendly and quick. Ill definitely come here for future work.

Cassidy Tire in Addison is great! From savanna in customer service to victor and Eric at the service desk. They did a wonderful job from addressing all the issues on my car to having constant follow-up with updates on the status on my car. Highly recommended!

Friendly, fast, good customer service. Only thing preventing a 5 star rating is that they were quite pricey compared to competitors. But I had a tire explode on the highway and was in a pinch and wasn’t about to pay to be towed closer to home where I could have it replaced for a lower price since the tow would make up for it.

I was recently in to have a tire repaired. The guys got me in and out of there quickly and back on the road. Ive bought tires from them in the past, their pricing is comparable and their service is better than other places Ive been.

Said they could do my truck alignment but ended up they could not after spending an hour there.. there staff was nice and got me in quickly.
