I cannot say enough great things about this place! This place is amazing! I have taken my car to get fixed twice! The first time my drivers side door wouldnt unlock the second my check engine light came on! Both times they were able to squeeze me in the very next day and fix it quickly The prices are very reasonable and they are very honest. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!!!

Great guys to work on your car always a great job at a fair price

I have been going here for about a year now after the mechanic I had been going to for 20 years started going downhill. These guys are great. They are friendly and honest. The prices are right in-line with what I was paying for service elsewhere, but now I am confident the job is done right. I just took my wifes Jeep in for a check engine light that needed to get fixed before I took her car for emissions. They not only fixed the problem quickly but also took the car for the emissions test so everything was done when I picked it up. I would highly recommend Blondas and will not be going anywhere else anytime soon.

I went to Blondas to get a second opinion on a Chevy dealerships analysis on my 2015 Trax which needed over 2k in repairs. Mark confirmed that my car needed these repairs and told me how to approach the dealership to get the cost down. I got the dealership to cut it in less than half. Ultimately, I decided to trade the car in and get a new one with a better warranty. Mark was nice enough to help me through this stressful experience.

Seriously - do not go here. I have long suspected that Blondas takes advantage of their customers and I can now confirm they do. They will be the first to admit that they charge more for labor than competitors, but you really must be cautious with them. They certainly seem very honest in conversation, but that is where they sell themselves on you. Lets look at where weve gone wrong:1. I brought in a car that had an oil leak. They ran an inspection and diagnosed it. They asked if I authorize the proposed repair. I accepted. They then call me to tell me that they made the repair, but it did not fix the issue but will decrease the level of oil leakage but not completely. They did advise, however, that we still had to pay for their repair even though they could not fix the issue and that if I wanted a full repair, it would cost much more. So, in essence, after diagnosis I paid for a partial repair when it was their job to fix the issue in the first place. They tried to dupe me into paying double for one thing.2. We bought a used vehicle. We brought it in for their 57-point inspection. They called us with scare tactics and said that we had $1,400 worth of safety concern items that needed to be fixed, especially because we have young children. We told them that we had to think about it. Another representative called us and said that maybe things werent THAT urgent. They said the most important things needed were an oil change, a cabin air filter replacement, and we needed our front suspension repaired. They told us that the vehicle had very clear suspension issues that could be identified as soon as they got in. They asked me if I felt the car driving strangely, and I advised I had not. My wife authorized the oil change and suspension repair, but we said wed change the cabin oil filter ourselves. They really tried hard to convince us to let them make that over $60 repair and we declined - especially considering an air filter is only $11 and the replacement only takes about a minute when applicable. What went wrong here? My vehicle doesnt have a cabin air filter. This NECESSARY repair wasnt necessary and with my make and model is even impossible. Look it up: 2008 Chrysler Town and Country Touring Edition. This would have been an easy dishonest $60-70 earned for them and they assume we wouldnt even know. We then bring the car in to get detailed at a local detailing business and they immediately say, theres something wrong with your shocks. The van is turning funny. This is literally the repair we just authorized Blondas to repair and now someone else in the vehicular industry is telling us something is wrong with it? I AM NOT SURPRISED.Do not be fooled by their casual, easy-going conversation or their honest facade. Our family has been going there for DECADES and we will no longer use their business. Their pricing is not competitive, their evaluations are not honest, their repairs are not trustworthy. What more is there to say? They are not who they say there are. They seem nice, but they absolutely are not a fair or honest mechanic shop. We now have to contact them about the suspension and I dread to find out how much more they will try to charge us instead of fixing their work. This will be the last time they lay hands on our familys vehicles.

I received the best customer service in a mechanic shop ever. They were so nice, had a great conversation with them and they gave me the right advice for my car.They helped me pass the emission test after failing multiple times. I am very grateful for their help.I will be returning to them for future Mecanical needs for sure.

Ive been working for Blondas as their service advisor for almost a year now and can say without a shadow of a doubt its the best place you can take your vehicle! The head technician Mark and the owner Vince are some of the most honest people Ive met, I wouldnt want anyone else touching my car, anyone that comes here is in great hands!

I have been a customer for years and continue to be impressed with the attitudes and professionalism I encounter time after time. Just ordered a aftermarket cat back exhaust system and due to weather and time decided to ask Vince, Mark and their crew to handle it for me. The manufacturer omitted part required to complete installation, no problem, they handled it a quickly and with no inconvenience to me, and at very minimal cost.

From out-of-town, needed oil change. Close to motel, good reviews overall, Im in. Friendly, quick service, no shenanigans, fair price. Caught an issue and told me fair. Thanks for making what will be a difficult day easier to deal with.

So refreshing to see there are still honest people/businesses out there. My car was making an odd noise so I stopped in to the first shop I could find. I had some major issues to address. The staff was willing to drive me to and from work and had everything taken care of before I was off. Prices were very reasonable and they explained everything every step of the way.

It’s ok kind of place. I must the main person in the front helps and gives the best price available. Not to fond of the actual mechanic and there always seems to be that 1 guy working on the cars.
