I love that they are consistent with their service and come about the same time every week. My trashcan is always put back on my driveway rather than being put in the street like lots of the other trash services do. They also have great customer service! I am happy with the service they provide and the price is right too!!!

We hired 5 Garbage Girls to haul away a significant amount of tree limbs and debri from our yard. They did a great job and for a fair price. They have a good work ethic and are very respectful. We’d definitely hire them again!

I could not be happier with Five girls! I am so glad I changed. Not only is the truck adorable (and the bill) the driver is so kind and helpful. I ran into him one day very early in the morning and when I saw him he could see that I kind of sighed, so he asked what was wrong. I told him I had forgotten to put my can at the street and he happily told me not to worry he would run up to the garage and get it for me. I thought that was really wonderful, it was full and I couldnt have waited another week for it to be dumped. It is the little conderations like that experience that makes the difference. That personal touch, it really means a lot to me. I am in a wheelchair most of the time, there was no way I could have made it back home and drug that can to the street before he got there. It was just plain nice, something we dont see a lot of these days. I am very happy with Five Girls for sure. That little truck makes me smile every time I see it. Thanks Five Girls!

I love finding local companies that really care about doing a great job. This is one of those companies that will go out of there way to make sure your happy. My whole family is trying to switch to them. Finally a garbage company to be excited about.

Recently switched from Trash Taxi to Five Garbage Girls and noticed the difference right away! Besides saving us money, the Customer Service was a lot better. answered right away and took care of my problem quickly.

The G Girls are great. They do what they say they will do, they do it on time and they do it for the price they quote. And they email you to tell you of alternate holiday pickup schedules. Whoever heard of customer service like that in these days and times?

Since the company has changed hands earlier this year?, the service is not as stellar as it used to be. Their truck arm is apparently not working as the driver has been manually pulling bags from the cans rather than tipping the cans. This has led to non-bagged items being left behind.

Best in the Biz! Its been twice that I have forgotten to bring my trash up to the street. I called the 5GG and within half an hour they came by both times and grabbed my trash from behind my house. I WILL NEVER GO WITH ANOTHER TRASH SERVICE!

Such a pleasant trash company. Ive been with Cycle Works due to a buyout of two other companies, and countless others, but Five Garbage Girls Waste Management has been 100x better. Their customer service is spot on and they treat you like a friend rather than just another money making account. As long as nothing beyond my control happens, they have a life long customer.

Very happy I made the switch to Five Garbage Girls this spring. Unreliability and price-jacking had become the norm with my previous provider. FGG just comes every Thursday like clockwork and the pricing is extremely competitive. Theyre in business to remove trash, and thats what they do, and I dont have to call and check up on them like I did with previous company whenever they were a no-show. (Who has time to micro-manage their trash company?!?) Again, thanks for the great job! My kids are always excited for Thursday mornings. :0)

Excellent customer service and very friendly drivers. Our previous trash service would sometimes leave small pieces of trash behind when picking up each week. Ive never had this problem with Five Garbage Girls.

Great trash service! I think at one point the wind had scattered a bunch of cardboard I put out next to the can. It was all picked up and gone with the trash the next morning.

So disappointed, we recycle a lot! We purchased our own large bin for all of our recycling and now it’s been two weeks since they have picked it up. First they said pick up will be every other week and now we call in and all of a sudden they don’t offer recycling anymore!!! What the heck am I supposed to do with two weeks of recycling!!! I’m pissed, taking my account somewhere else.

In the 3 months that I have attempted to have service with 5 Garbage Girls my trash pick up has been missed 4 weeks and my recycling missed once.I have yet to place a call and have someone to answer the phone. Sometimes I receive a call back the same day, most often the next, and sometimes not at all.I recently received notice they were merging routes with another company who would be picking up my trash going forward. The other company says they dont service my address and now I have nearly 3 weeks worth of trash piling up between my kitchen and garage. 5 Girls has yet to return my calls...This has been a terrible experience, I dont recommend it for anyone.

From the beginning, I was very impressed with 5GG’s level of service. They bent over backwards to be respectful of my needs and my property, unlike the typical garbage collection service. Then one day last week, we had an issue with 5GG’s service, and I feared the inevitable was happening; after years of service, they were becoming like the other garbage companies. I relayed my concern to them via email. 2 days passed with no response. I began looking at changing my service and writing a 1 star review. Then, like a Christmas miracle, I received the kindest email explaining what happened, and they agreed to make it right without question. I have used most of the collection companies in this area, and none compare to 5GG. They are game changers.

This is the most professional group. All of my neighbors are switching to them since they see how great their service is!

I am an Acworth resident. I have been a Five Garbage Girls customer for the past several months. I enjoy their service performance and speaking with their employees. This is a small family owned company. They strive to exceed customer expectations. They offer 2 days per week pick-up of waste and recyclable service. They have tiered pricing based upon curb pick-up or house side pick-up. It is a great value.On a personal note, I have spoken with their associates during pick-up. They are a young, hard working group. They also double as college students furthering their education. Young entrepreneurs working hard at business and academic success. A Great story indeed.Business Manager Marshall Coleman is a highly personable as well. If you need to discuss billing, pick-ups, arrange a special large item pick-up, he will provide you with great support. They always leave stuff in the bottom of our bin. Ie a bag of kitty litter poo, then sits there in the heat for weeks, and almost knocks me over from the smell when I open it.I also dont like their limited recycling pickup. We always have way too much.

I was looking to change my service. But in reading the reviews, I read that apparently a year ago you merged with trash taxi? Trash Taxi is who Im trying to get away from.
