Trash Taxi is always on time, respectful of property, they answer the phone when you call and have the fastest, most courteous service weve had in over 15 years of living in this neighborhood. Past services have thrown our trash cans across the yard or left it in the street. These workers are professional and their office staff is actually responsive and helpful. Ms. Marty in particular is wonderful. 100% satisfied customer.

Ive been a customer for about 4 years and they have been awesome! They have never missed a weekly pick-up (trash and recycling), they are accommodating when Ive needed larger items hauled away, and they are super responsive. Trash Taxi has been servicing me for years at two different houses. They have only missed my pickup twice and once was only recycling. Both times I called and was serviced the next day. This last time Marty even made it happen on a holiday week because my recycle bin was full. I would never use anyone else, they are great! Little known fact: if you call in and pay annually you get 1 month off! And when I moved they credited remaining bit of year to my new house! SUPER company!!!

Have used Trash Taxi for several years and seems to be the most reliable in our area. Trash and recycle always picked up on time. Marty, in the office has been great with any billing questions etc.

Every time there is a holiday our trash pick up is delayed by a day which is fine if it ever were to be picked up then. Here it is 3 days later and regardless of my calling them every day our trash has still not been picked up. When I call the office I’m told they are not connected to “operations” but surely my trash will be picked up shortly. This is the most unprofessional and disorganized company I have ever dealt with and will be changing service provider. Please beware and avoid!!!!

It is not often that you receiving great customer service these days. I had the pleasure of speaking with Marty today. She was very helpful. Very informative. There was a smile on her face from the time she answered my call until we disconnected. I would hire her without any hesitation.

If you want to worry if your trash will be picked up week to week this is the company for you. We never know if it will be picked up or not at our home because they skip out on us all the time and when you call they act like they could care less. I understand if they missed us once or twice but it has become repetitive and I have called this place at least 12-15 times in the last month. They say someone will be out tomorrow everyday until it finally gets picked up. They have skipped us three times the month of July. They offer horrible service BEWARE.

Our trash has been not picked up 2 times in the past 2 months. I’ve had to call just to check to see if our garbage will be picked up and the drivers are running late. Then today I call because again our garbage hasn’t gotten picked up. Apparently someone “not our” landscaping trailer was in his way. Then they may not be able to pick up our garbage again. This comes the day after we had a second can delivered. And some point you need to take care of your customers.

Pretty sad to be a customer for years and always have a delayed day for holidays. Then all of a sudden there is a holiday and the schedule isn’t delayed so my trash isn’t picked up. Zero proactive communication from TT to make customers aware and ZERO effort from customer service to make it right other than wanting me to pay for them to come back out.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-They are the worst ever.....when they dont pick up your trash and you call in they act like its your fault;(can facing wrong direction-items not bagged properly, etc). I see your truck outside my window. I live on Cox street in Acworth. The company Im currently with is AWFUL, and Ive heard such good things about yall. Your driver is slow, and courteous. My driver is very reckless! He always has trash just flying out of his truck, all over my neighborhood! Ive called, and their customer service is TERRIBLE!!! They told me that they would do a courtesy pickup, and never came! They also said that they would have their manager call me, and he never did!!! I dont know if my neighborhood has a contract with them, but I would love to have you come get my garbage from now on. I see your truck just two doors down from me, so it wouldnt put you out much. I also have my billing on auto pay, so you dont have to worry about getting paid. I will give you a call Monday morning.

I used trash taxi services for between 2-3 years and always had a very pleasant experience, only a move out of the service range caused me to stop using their services but otherwise would still be with them. Marty has always been extremely helpful and gone out of her way over the phone to make sure everything was taken care of. Pickup was always prompt, and almost everyone in our neighborhood had switched over to a trash taxi due to their prices and consistent service. One time I forgot to take my trash to the curb, the guys walked up my driveway and took the full can to the truck and dumped for me instead of skipping me. During those years, I only had one mishap (probably caused by me packing a bag too tight and it ripping open) where trash ended up on the concrete after pickup. I called and it was cleaned up same day 😀. Was more impressed by the company’s customer service after that incident than before. Would definitely recommend to anyone in their service area!!

I just wanted to say thank you to Marty R. for suggesting your company to us. We have been with your company for about a year now and have not been disappointed. Last night, we inadvertently rolled a wrong trash cart (from an old service) down to the street. When we realized what we had done we started to bring it back up. Bottom of truck broke in our culdasac. Dumped 60 foot by 20 foot rancid waste that could be smelled 2 neighborhoods over. We called customer service they said they wouldn’t do anything. After several neighbors threaten to call epa they said they would clean it up never did. Neighbors dog got deathly ill after licking the rancid waste. So we spent $90 to rent a pressure washer to clean it up. Then we put the wate beside our can an d they refused to pick it up. Then this week they left two bags that were outside our can. Lazy low lifes with absolutely no customer service. At next hoa meeting we are planning to get everyone to switch to our old company or a different one.

I loved Trash Taxi when we first started 10 years ago, but through the years something had changed and staff were not pleasant to deal with Until today! I spoke with Marty about an issue I had & she was very kind and trying to help all she could. I hope they are going back to the way they used to be.

Terrible service. Has multiple times not come on time or the day it’s suppose to. Throws trash /glass bottles onto the street and leaves it. Throws the cans back disorderly. Won’t pick up extra trash on side even though it’s right there.Cancelling our services with them. Waste of money honestly.

Trash taxi has been on time and also offers recycling but comes every week unlike the person we had before. So far theyve been on top of their game and Ive got nothing but wonderful things to say about their service. They answer the phone, they always write back in email and theyre always very professional and kind. 10 out of 10 for me!!

I use to use them and they have the Worst Service Ever! Dont use this trash company if youre in Georgia. The provider does not properly bill customers and you are always 3 months behind even when you have all your receipts like I did. I would not recommend them to no one. After approximately 20 years with another trash removal company and being disappointed the last few years, I discovered Trash Taxi of Georgia through one of their fliers. Called the office staff and set up a years service with them.  NOT a glitch.  Service began  when they said. Never interrupted.  Received an invoice by accident recently and called the office.  Marty was so kind and apologetic and said there was a computer error and to dismiss because I am paid up though the year.  She was so nice and professional and put me at ease.  I am so glad I switched. Didnt think that kind of service existed anymore.

I am trying to change my trash service because I am very dissatisfied with my current provider. Marty was very upbeat, pleasant, and professional. I am so pleased with trash taxi, the are ALWAYS on time, and after they take your trash they turn your garbage cans sideways to let you know they had been there...this might be something little for them to do, but I REALLY appreciate it! Im so glad you are our trash company!

My family has a tendency to have a lot of boxes, we put them out in our yard the same way every time and they are generally picked up. But the last two weeks they have not been picked up. Last week they were not picked up and I was told that they have to be broken down and bundled a certain way so that’s fine that’s what I shall do. This week we bundle them and put them out appropriately and they still were not picked up. I called twice last week to speak with someone. This week, I called to speak with someone again. I was placed on hold for about 15 minutes then hung up on. And no one ever called me back.

I am already impressed by the customer service that I have received from Trash Taxi from the phone reps, to the trash pick up people.When I first started seeing the Trash Taxi truck in my neighborhood, I didnt pay much attention. But then one day I was out for a walk and passed a truck loading trash. The men greeted me with a good morning maam. Pleasantly surprising me. On another occasion, I was out for another walk. I noticed the truck was waiting to leave the cul-de-sac until I crossed the opening. It left a great impression.So, fast forward a month. I started considering switching services and I gave them a call (actually 3 different calls over a couple of days asking many questions.) Every time I called, my call was answered promptly (no long wait time with an automated recording). I spoke with two different reps (I dont recall their names) and they answered all my questions. Each rep I talked with was super friendly, listened to my questions, and addressed all my concerns. They even gave me information that I didnt think to ask about but found it to be useful and helpful. I wish I remembered my reps name that I talked to last. She gave me the confidence to make the switch without any pressure at all. I really do look forward to being a customer of Trash Taxi of Georgia.

Trash taxi of Georgia has amazing customer service! I’ve had Trash Taxi for 6 months now and it’s been nothing but great service! (Better than the rest of the trash service I’ve experienced in Woodstock) They pick up on time ever time! My trash bin top happened to come off and they replaced it with this cool looking black bin free of charger! Marty (Mrs. ray) gave me exceptional service and the rest of everybody else there. If you want to get trash services in Woodstock or Georgia in general look no further.

I switched service from American Disposal on 10/23/2019 because of their lack of Customer Satisfaction. For several weeks i had to get a neighbor to pick up the trash bin from its side as that is the way they left it. i tried on several phone calls and speaking to the driver and helper to simply leave the bin the way they found it,i contacted Trash Taxi and explained this to them and was assured they treated their customers with respect and assured they would leave the container upright.i have lower back issues that do hurt when i have to bend over and lift anything over 5 lbs.Marty Ray was prompt in acknowledging my initial review

Terrible trash service, always late. I place the trash can on the side walk in front of my house out of the way of my drive way (as do all my neighbors) and they leave it behind my truck in the middle of my drive way when they are done putting my trash into the truck. They do the same for my neighbors leaving their cans in the middle of their drive way or even in the street.

I became a customer several months ago after receiving repeated poor service and rudeness from our prior service. I recently moved and was thrilled to find that Trash Taxi serviced my new address. They made the transfer seamless and Marty was super helpful with getting everything handled. I couldnt be happier with their customer service, as well as the excellent service from the drivers.

Trash taxi replied very fast by email with all my questions answered specifically. They gave specific instructions for service and their website was easy to use and prices were included upfront.

Every week this company breaks code by picking up trash between 4:30 am and 5:30am. Every week I am woken up by this service. Cobb county code states 7am for trash pick up. They clearly cannot control their employees as I have called multiple times and nothing changes. They always say oh well talk to his supervisor. How about you fire the driver since he clearly doesnt listen. Clearly I am just 1 person who doesnt matter. I can be woken up every week and it means nothing to this company. That is pretty much the attitude of most these days.------UPDATE ---- I was contacted by trash taxi a few weeks later ---- they fixed the scheduling issue and all is good again. thank you for handling the matter. It did take a few months which is why it is a 3 star.
