My nails have grown that’s the spacing but this place is amazing

Worse Place you can ever visit the owner is very rude and not professional I went to do only gel nail and when I disagreed with them on the color they started shouting and threading me. The owner or boss didnt even bother to come and understand what happened. Unfortunately there was no customers beside me and my sister mother in law so their real skin really came out. I wish everyone read my reviews and rethink before visiting this nasty place.

I absolutely LOVE Serene Nails!!! The owners and other technicians are the best!!! They are not only fun and friendly (like good friends and family), but extremely professional and time efficient. They do my nails perfectly every time! I have recommended them to my daughter and friends. They too continue to be loyal customers and have also had wonderful experiences. Definitely the BEST in the area!! ❤️

I have been coming to Serene Nails for a couple of years and have never been disappointed in the services received. My nails and toes are always magnificent when I leave and they last for 3 weeks each time. I’ve been going to Serene for almost a year and half now and this is the BEST place i’ve been to. The staff is so welcoming and do absolutely AMAZING work. They never fail to impress. Ive been going to Serene for almost 2 years and I found them through a Google search for nail salons in Acworth with a high rating. Im glad that I found them as Ive never had a bad experience. As with most salons, if you do not have an appointment yes you will have to wait. I dont mind that because the service has always been top notch and I am always pleased with my pedicures and gel manicures. If waiting is an issue or youre in a hurry, make an appointment which is what I do. The team there is always pleasant and oftentimes theres lots of conversation and laughter which I enjoy. Ive never been loyal to a nail salon, but I really do enjoy Serene. I moved from the area almost a year ago and I still drive there because I love the team and I am always pleased with the service.

Just got my nails done today love them this is the only Nail salon that I go to.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I had my nails done the evening prior, and I was not happy with the quality of them. They looked nothing like the inspiration picture I gave them, however I was more concerned with the condition of my nails. My real nails were not cut or properly attached to the fake nails, proving that the nails would not last long at all. My nails were extremely sore and crusty underneath. As well, it looked as if a child had performed the manicure (SNS). While I was getting them done, I asked for a change of thumb color, and the worker told me I needed to make my decisions before I came into the salon and tried to charge me extra. I went in the next morning asking for them to be redone or refunded. The lady agreed to soak them off and refund me part of the price. However, not 5 minutes later, tells me they cannot do anything for me. She refused to let me speak to their boss and blatantly ignored me and were talking under their breath at the end. I got no help, was very disrespected, and will not be returning. They were very unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that will value their customer and not steal their money.***I attached their original response below for everyone to see. I walked in to get a full set of gel and the looks I was given were extremely uncalled for. Do not have a business where you rely on walk-Ins if you aren’t going to be accepting and grateful for walk ins. I’ll just wait for an opening at my normal salon. Y’all are so rude. I do not recommend.

This salon is phenomenal. I have been going here for almost 6 months now, and it is my favorite salon in Kennesaw. Not only is the salon exceptionally clean, it has also been equipped with things for COVID safety so that customers feel more comfortable here. All of the nail techs are welcoming and warm, making sure that their customers are having a good experience and enjoying their time at the salon.

My wife comes home and raves about Shayla and her pedicures. Serene is where I send her to pamper herself. Great job Serene. My wife is super picky about her nail techs.

A friend of mine introduced me to this nail shop about 3 months ago and this is now my go-to! Everyone is so nice and it’s actually relaxing to get your nails done! The owners remember you and it’s wonderful! I’ve never had a bad experience! My nails are currently 4 weeks old and would normally be peeling up by now but they’re still on! Going for an appointment Saturday and I can’t wait!

Very friendly and professional. They were very busy but still took my friend and I as a walk in without waiting. They have very reasonable prices and do amazing work. When I got my SNS done and my nail started chipping in a week they were kind enough to repair it without any attitude.

Best experience at a nail salon in a very long time! I was a nail tech and I am quite particular about how I like my nails done. Jenny is amazing! She listened to what I wanted, did exactly what I asked, and helped my crazy self choose a color. The shape is perfect. I have SNS and there are no bumps. My husband thought they were natural. I would highly recommend the friendly and helpful atmosphere. I could not be more please.

So I had to watch my sister get roughed up by the manager because I told the husband he was doing my sisters nails wrong and he told me that her nail and finger was born crooked. Absolutely insane the wife came over to fix it and roughed my sister up. Also when switching clients nobody wash their hands absolutely disgusting service.

Absolutely love this place. They offer great service, they listen to their customers and always try to accommodate and they are skilled in the latest nail trends. Shayla and Tim are excellent but the whole staff is great honestly. Definitely worth every penny.

I just moved to Georgia. I was in need of a nail &spa beauty salon and luckily I discovered Serene Nails &Spa. Overall I think theyve done a pretty job on me. Now I am a customer. A bit pricey but the service is fine.

The way you talk and respond to your customers is not at all professional. And before you ask no I’m not Jordan’s friend I don’t even know who Jordan is.

So-so. This is the first time Ive ever had my sns chip this much and I went in after a week to fix them and they CHARGED for the fix. Most places will do this for free within 2weeks of having the SNS done. It was good for a last minute situation but didnt last. I dont appreciate being charged when their work didnt last a week.

The young man who did my toes did a great job both times!I came 2 months ago, and when I got home, I noticed bubbles in the fingernail Polish. Since I couldnt go back, I let it slide.Yesterday, I went back. The lady who did my nails did not do a good job with the base coat I guess, because when they dried, you could see layers. It looked like when you are in a hurry and quickly paint over nail Polish youve had on for a week or more. I showed the young man who did my toes because the lady was helping another customer. He just smiled and shrugged. I had to leave because I needed to get ready for a reception.I wont be back.

This was my first visit here and I will be back! My SNS came out great and my 5 year old’s nails came out great! Everyone was so friendly, and even though I didn’t have an appointment we were there less than an hour!!

I have been to Serene Nails four times now and think they are awesome! My nails look better than they have ever looked. I get the SNS each time. The first time they were done by the owner, next was Tim, and the last two times by John, who is very good! I highly recommend!

I had a terrible incident here several days ago and the end of my finger nail was ripped completely off and exposed the tissue underneath. I was very upset. 1 b/c there wasnt any remorse and no one even really said anything. 2 where in the world was the manager when this happened?I swore I wouldnt go back b/c of the severity of the situation, but I thought about it and everyone makes mistakes and should be given a second chance. I just think people in the industry should keep up on their extended education to remind them how important it is to follow proper technique and protocols.I myself practice in the beauty industry as a Master Cosmetologist and Advanced Skincare Esthetician so I know first hand how important technique and protocols are. That particular incident could have been completely avoided if the proper steps had been taken.

The Best salon in the area! Owner operated with friendly customer service. Easy to schedule same day appointments. My daughter and I get pedicures and SNS. We always receive excellent service and the end results are beautiful 💕

Shayla does incredible work and quickly! She got me to try SNS nails which made my natural nails feel stronger and my manicure last far longer. They have hard to find trends such as chrome and glow in the dark nails as well.

My first time there was wonderful, Shayla had just taken over ownership and was in the mist of doing upgrades. She is very friendly and wants to please the customer. She introduced me to the SNS nails and Im loving them. Getting ready to go back for a redo on the nails, cant wait to see all the updates to the place.

Had a terrible experience. She put two people ahead of me because what they had to do took shorter amount of time. Was there about 4 hours and was also overcharged. When it was finally my turn to do my nails, she didn’t even do them. A guy did them and he cut off my nails that I wanted to remain long, and did not do the oval shape. He rushed through my nails and did not put enough coats of sns. A lady arrived to remove her nails and he got up immediately to help her after I have been waiting for 3 hours. Was there for 4 hours and it was not a good experience.It could of been a bad day because the first time I went I loved my nails and the service was quick. But after my second experience and how I was treated and talked down too, I will not be going back.I was there on a Saturday around 11 and didn’t leave till a lil after 2:30.

Just finished getting a pedicure and the young man that did my feet did a horrible job, didnt file my nails smooth, didnt scrub my feet and rushed through it like he didnt want to be doing it. I will not come back and will not recommend this place to anyone.

I have went back to serene and I love them after my horrible incident with old management I went back. New owner is so amazing and sweet and she was so caring for my nails..prices are a bit on the high side and would like to see more of a variety on the design choices for nails but other than that they were great I might be going again tomorrow :)

The nail salon itself is decent however the service and quality of the nails is crappy. I got my acrylics done there 3 times and each time at least 2 of my nails broke within a week and then when i went back in to have them take them off they told me I had to pay 10$ and when I explained that one of the ladies got rude with me and said my acrylics were old which makes no sense because I only had them done 3 times and my nails had never broken like this at other salons. The customer service was horrible i would rather spend 3$ more and get stronger and better nails and better service.

Fiance always goes here and always has a challenge design but shayla always steps up and blows the design out of the park. My fiance s nails always looks amazing.
