Unprofessional office staff. Jerry has always been great. Dropped my taxes off this year and had a few things change. I asked if I could schedule an appointment to see Jerry and the lady asked why. I explained and she said it would be a while, I said that would be fine and to call me when they could fit me in. I went to have lunch with my wife and during lunch I got a call from the office staff. I was told that my taxes were “too complicated” and that I should take my business elsewhere from now on. We really liked Jerry, but in over 10 years of use, his staff has always been extremely rude. There was a new woman up front this year that I hadn’t seen in the past, and she was the most unprofessional of any person I’ve ever dealt with up there. Jerry himself is a very professional person.

Absolutely beautiful people that are, professionals through and through! Thumbs up to this group of people who have been instrumental in my tax return issues 😊 I would recommend Jerry love without hesitation,to anyone seeking help getting there taxes squared away..great job Jerry! Once again, the office of Jerry Love, CPA prove themselves worthy of every penny they charge. Though our return is ‘simple’ by a CPA’s definition, there are usually some unique issues that cause me to say, “this needs to be done by a professional!” Jerry Love, CPA is the consummate expert regardless of how simple or complex your accounting needs might be!

Jerry is the best. The staff, not so much. A young just out of school staff accountant billed me $50 to add a user to QB online. Having a degree in math and compSci that was a bit hard to take. Got a $972 bill for reconciling 12 mos of one bank account and matching it to a tax return with no hours per line item, just a $972 total. And it took two CPAs working together to generate part of that @ $160 per hour (Im just guessing here) ??? So, excellent work, and the bill to prove it, so to speak. I was quoted $1100 to do 12 mos. data entry which I got done for $150 elsewhere. Id ALWAYS GET AN ESTIMATE and holdem too it in regards to staff work. Jerry personally has always been the very best and while not cheap I have not ever gotten a bill from him personally that I had any questions about. Jerrys skill and knowledge make him #1 or close to it in Abilene.

Office worker was very rude. Would not recommend.
