Country waste service has great customer service. My husband said the office staff is very polite and professional. They are always making sure their customers and informed and up to date with the latest information and possible delays. I will be recommending them to friends and our local community.

They have been extremely helpful, upon signing up they gave me several options that same day. They offered to drop off a new trash can on Monday, I asked if I could pick one up from their office to which they said that would be fine. Upon arriving to pick it up the owner loaded it in my truck himself his entire staff was friendly and ready to help any way they could. We had Republic Services (they bought out Knox Waste Service) they didn’t pick up our trash for two weeks, we were constantly calling them to try to get the problem resolved to no avail. I have to now wait an additional two weeks just to have them pick up their trash can. I would not recommend Republic to anyone.

I’ve been using CWS for a few years now. I have never had any negative experience with them. Their customer service is friendly and easy to work with. It’s been awesome to watch a local company start up and grow by providing a great service at a fair price.Would highly recommend!

Fantastic family owned business who take exceptional care of their customers. This summer we had vandals burn our trash can, the next day CWS had a new one delivered! Could not ask for a better waste company! If you’re not using them you should!

The waste service I was using changed ownership. I wasnt a fan of the customer service of the new company. I reached out to CWS and they were prompt on response and genuinely wanted my business. I switched over that day. Couldnt be happier with them.
