My old trash can was splitting and falling apart. I called it in and within the hour they were out and had it replaced. Nice.

I didn’t give five stars because everyone one is not perfect. But I do want to give a shout out to the refuse department for being extremely prompt when I called that our trash was not picked up. It was more than likely that it was our fault for not getting it out early enough ( we just moved to this house two weeks ago) for pickup but I called to complain and there was a pickup showing up at my house not 20 minutes after getting off the phone. They took our trash and gave us a brand new trash can. Thank you city of Abilene for going the extra mile!!

Ive never had a problem, the collectors are always nice and courteous and so is the office personnel.

They dont tell us when they cant get to our trash can and we cant tell when customers park in front, so they just skip us!@ Its not cheap and its crappy service.

Everytime they come to pick up our trash they drop it all over the ground and just leave it there, which looks horribly disgusting. Our carport happens to be in the alley and of course the wind blows all that darn trash into our carport. They really need to put out bigger dumpsters for all the trash and better quality so their not so flimsy and they need to stop being so dang lazy and get out and pick up the trash they drop on the ground. We do our jobs and bag it and put it in the dumpster, the least yall can do is not leave it all over the ground 😡😡😡.

All year long these clowns pick up trash later and later and later from the previous year and then suddenly they start picking up almost 4 hours before their regular time. Id put put my trash out the night before but this town hates disabled veterans because some human scum keeps knocking my trash over and i have to call in late to work to pick it up. so abilene you suck at being a town and delivering basic services. wish a B-1 would drop a nuke on this town. useless trash service, usless local politicians, usless citizens!
