Our oven was malfunctioning and we called Abilene Appliance Service to fix it. From my description, Levi determined it was either a small faulty connection, a motherboard issue, and he would check for other issues as well. He was up front about the possible price range of each, plus the fee for the service call. Its important to him that his customers are completely knowledgeable of the work he is providing, as it builds trust. He repaired our oven and was very pleasant and kind. Definitely would recommend and call again if needed.

Levi showed up to our home on time and found the solution to our broken dryer immediately. He spoke with us about the problem and went over the materials he was going to use to get it running again. I called this company after the recent winter storm as I was having issues with my gas oven. I DID NOT go through a warranty company (or call last night); I paid out of pocket. Levi came out and assessed the situation; he said he wasn’t familiar with the brand so he would call colleagues and the manufacturer to determine which one of three issues could be the case with my oven. I called him and left a voicemail after not hearing back for a week. I never received a response and my oven is still inoperable. Very unprofessional!
