I tried ordering window screens and they responded with a reasonable quote. I tried to accept and order but could not get a response for several weeks. They did eventually get back to me but only to say they were not taking screen orders anymore.

The entire staff were so kind. Had the rear window of my scion replaced. Comfy waiting room for mom & me. Faster than expected & far better price than the dealership would have charged. Id recommend them to family and friends. 👪 🚗 💎

If I could give Aro Glass a 0 star I would! They are not reliable nor dependable. I called them in March to set up a time to replace some windows and a patio door. They told me that there would be a six week wait. After the six weeks, I had not been contacted and I went into the store to inquire about someone coming to do the job. The person at the counter seemed terribly unorganized. They took my name and number (again) and said someone would contact me. Its been almost a month later and still no contact. I had used Aro Glass in the past, but I will no longer be interested in their services. Unless you have special treatment, dont rely on Aro Glass to complete any work for you.

The staff at Aro Glass have been great in supporting me with practical guidance on my glass projects. Never has replaced single pane wood framed windows, they helped me through the process.

Very helpful, extremely kind and courteous! I have used Aro Glass three times, and I have brought my broken or clouded window sashes into their shop for repair / replacement of the thermopane unit. The people that helped me have each been very knowledgeable (not just counter persons), and cared about my concerns. I think I have had four different people help me in my visits to Aro, and everyone has been very kind and seems skilled at their profession. Each time Ive received help with both taking the item out of my vehicle, and loading the repaired item. I have purchased cut glass for a project, needed a small piece of glass for a cabinet door, and had four windows repaired. I have received consistently great service - so much so, that I decided to write a review. This shop just stands out for their true customer service and reasonable prices. I feel that Ive gotten really good prices on everything Ive received from Aro, and I highly recommend their shop. I am somewhat new to Aberdeen, and the friendliness, kindness, and value Ive received from this shop represent what I appreciate and really like about my new surroundings!

Windshield chip repaired a few minutes ahead of scheduled appointment and courteous service at a competitive price. Appointment was scheduled within a few hours of calling which worked out great for me.

I stopped in for help with a couple projects today and I was more than happy with the great customer service! Great local business!

Pretty bad service, I asked them to fix a sliding glass door latch. They showed up to look at it without calling ahead or making any appointment, literally just showed up in the middle of the weekday and said were here, luckily I was at home sleeping for night shift to let them in......Then after they said they needed to leave to order a new part they just forgot about us for over a month. Finally we called them to ask if they were coming back. The guy says how about Wednesday?.....okay Wednesday. Great well call before we get thereWednesday comes around and I get a call were here. At least they were on time but they were at the wrong house because I could not see him in my driveway.....5 minutes later after reminding him my address he shows up and fixes the lock.He was at least nice enough to oil the track for our sliding glass door and take a look at our sliding screen door. The guy was friendly and shook my hand before leaving. This is not the worst business in the world but they really need to learn some customer service 101 as far as communication with the client.

Their service is quick and efficient. I was not very happy with the installation of my windshield, the trim started popping off the day after I brought it home and this is a restoration project. I assumed I had new clips to hold the windshield and trim it, but further examination showed the old clips were used.

I am so beside myself I don’t even know what to say !!! these guys are so genuinely awesome !!! I need to sell my house had a problem with the sliding glass window, they actually came in at 8 o’clock in the morning and fix my sliding glass window .when I went to pay them they said no charge .so a simple little fix turned out to be beyond words and I can’t thank them enough !!!you’re not making a mistake going with these guys !!! they are kind, they take the time to listen, and then go out their way to help you !!! Thank You Dave !!!
