I broke the back window out of my sisters truck on a Saturday and it was good as new by Tuesday morning! I was so grateful it was able to be repaired quickly enough that my sister and her husband werent inconvenienced by my accidentally destroying their window!

We had a louvre window break and brought it in to have a replacement made. We ended up ordering 5 so that we could replace a few others that were likely to break in the near future.The glass is a perfect fit and now I want to just have them all replaced by The Glass Doctor!

Needed a replacement glass cover for my staff compass and Mike cut the 4 1/4 diameter glass which fits perfectly. I will definitely recommend the Glass Doctor of Aberdeen to my friends, family and others in the future.

Left an RV window for repair 3 weeks ago. Told by Mike that he was busy, but would get to it that week. A week later I called and left a message. No return call. Another week later, went in and Mike said hed been too busy to get to it. At 3 weeks, still no call. Went in to retrieve window and he said it was done. Had blown out the weeps and water tested it. Had not called me to tell me it was done. Could not tell if anything had been done. Paid $54 and took it to another Aberdeen glass shop to reinstall it. When they finished it ( the same day) they said there was cobwebs in the weeps that they blew out. I believe my money was stolen, but cannot prove it, so I guess I let it go.Do not do business with this guy.

It was very simple. I asked for a quote on how much they would fix my front windshield. They gave me one about 30 minutes later. I really liked their price and went for it. Made an appointment, they got it done and picked it up the day after.. great service!

I took my boat in for a 2x2 window to be replaced. They said just bring it in and they would quote it. Its a two hour round trip to get there.The quote was for 365.00. He told me the material was 52.00 dollars. Wanted over 300.00 for labor. Got two other quotes from others. Sound glass in Olympia was 185.00 and I had it done with Dependable glass for 170.00. His competitor in town closed so now they are up charging because they are the only ones in Aberdeen. Not an honest business.

Mike wasnt the most friendly. We felt he could have been more up front when they didnt have he window needed and had to substitute a different bigger replacement. Instead of just the middle back window he replaced the whole section. We were told he had the window over 3 weeks earlier when we scheduled. but the day of installation he didnt.

Been over 2 months since I stopped in for an estimate. Still havent heard from them.

The team of two was friendly and willing to answer questions. They had a good grasp of potential problems and found a solution to a problem.

Very friendly and understanding (I was a little late for my appointment).They explained their process with me and I liked it because it made me feel confident that they would do a good job. I also liked their policy on rust around the windshield, if they found it, if they could repair it, photos, etc.. They explained to me how to treat the seal for the first 24 hrs and so far there are no leaks, my truck smells better, and I can see better! Thanks!

They usually only do Monday to Friday but they had my glass cut for a window and I was able to collect it on Saturday and as I had another glass break that Friday evening I have them the measurements and they were amazingly nice to cut my glass on Sunday and it was ready for me to pick it up on Monday from them.Definetly going to order from them again. Great service.

Mike got glass in one day and replaced a passenger front side window that got broken out. Greatly appreciated getting the wife back on the road so quickly at a very reasonable cost. Definitely recommend!!!

Workmanship was outstanding and highest quality. They replaced a failed outer pane of a large garden window, and a damaged (large scratch) stairwell window that was effectively second story. Flawless work, perfect fix. The only reason I wouldnt rate them a 10 is they were (what I considered to be) a little pricey. The staircase window was ~3.5 x 2.5 and garden window ~5 x 3.5, and they charged $880.

They seem out of date. They spend more time documenting useless information about customers, wasting customers time. They need to clean up the place and be more attentive to customers. If they dont change their ways, they will be overtaken by technology.

Dont bring an older car or truck there if there is any tiny bit of rust. They ripped my windshield seal off and threw it away then called me with a quote of over $1000 for a rust spot. I said its a $1500 truck I use in the woods... Just put the windshield in.... Nope cant Do it. Now the truck leaks sooo bad my seats are soaked. I say again...if its not a newer rig, dont go there.

They were very easy to work with. Our glass was for a class A motorhome and the insurance process was complicated. However they continued to work with us and the insurance company to get everything approved.Glass is in and we are very happy.

Started by Arrow Glass practically throwing us out. They didnt say hello, just it will be months before we can get to you. I hadnt told them what I wanted yet??? They had me write my number on the back of a used scrap of paper. They never called.Glass Dr on the other hand greeted us,the owner took our order and they guys came out to measure. Every step was professional. The shower door is great. Glass Dr would be my number one choice going forward and Ill tell my Arrow Glass story to everyone and hope they dont mistakenly go there, they dont deserve anyones business.

We needed the repair done immediately because of a scheduled trip, they worked us in the next day and the glass repair is perfect!

They replaced a pane on my my sliding door. They did a real nice job.

Took sometime to get a window fixed but it got done and was very happy with it.

My passenger side mirror fell off. The staff at glass doctor were great. He cleaned the backing plate, and carefully glued the old mirror back on! This took under an hour.

Mike went out of his way to ensure our windshield replacement was perfect. He made sure every detail was accounted for. We bought our vehicle used and were unaware that the windshield had been previously replaced. Mike installed an OME windshield which made a big difference in looks. He also explain about chips and rock damaged windshields and the affect your wipers. We left the store feeling very confident we made the right decision on who replaced our windshield.

Here I am memorial weekend with a windsheild in need of repair right away and Mike at glass doctor answers the phone with questions and a good attitude. I called to get an estimate for a kitchen window that got broke in a break in. All I wanted was an estimate for the insurance company. He said he could do a board up for a fee and not thinking that would be much because he was coming anyway for the estimate. Well he board up the window gave my disabled brother a paper to sign when Im the one that called. Well the board up costers $325.00 for and 18 by 22 inch window. Now he went and ordered the widow without my say so and wants my brother to pay for it. Well its not going to happen. All other estimates were just about $200.00. This place is a rip off. Would have given no stars if I could.

From the time of my first call inquiring what service they could provide me to the installation of my new windshield, working with the Glass Doctor was a very pleasant experience. Stevie, who fields all calls and does the scheduling, was friendly and professional and answered my questions quickly. The windshield replacement cost was reasonable, the installation went well, and they even vacuumed out the front of my car. Living in a seacoast town, there was a lot of sand. I would recommend Glass Doctor to anyone.

I have tried to schedule an appointment twice with this service and the person on the phone was rude and didn’t offer any help what so ever. I tried explaining my situation and was hoping for helping to come to a solution but all I got was a bad attitude at the end of the of phone and was not impressed. Will definitely make sure to turn people away from this company.

We had a windshield replaced on our motorhome by Safelite before leaving Wisconsin for Washington.....and after we arrived at the coast it rained for several days and the windshield leaked profusely. Since we keep the motor home undercover in a garage in Wisconsin we had no idea the work was done poorly and that it would fail. After contacting Safelite in Washington and finding out they would not do a mobile repair and that we would have to make a 60 mile (one way) trip to Olympia to get it fixed we pressed them to find another solution...they hooked us up with Glass Doctor. Long story short......VERY please with the timely and professional service. Mike Hardy fit us into his busy schedule and replaced the windshield within 24 hours of our call. We are confident in his work and will be hiring him for glass replacement at our home on the coast. Nice to know the local dealers are out there and really care about their customers!
