Incredibly unhelpful when trying to ask simple questions. The woman who answered the phone didnt ask for any information to find out anything about my claim (not even my name), only said that she couldnt find anything, and put me right back on hold.

They screw you over good. I recommend chaining the doors and burning this building down with all of the employees inside. The world would be a better place without them. If you have business here ur probably down on ur luck and/or getting or about to get bent over.

I have know idea what these people who gave 5 stars. But i can tell you its either because there one of the workers(which ill check) or they had an extremely rare visit. Because none of these people will go against orders to deny you. If you make one thousand and have a kid you get 50 bucks. Not awesome. I have researched this office. If you come to aberdeen youll be shocked at the homeless problem and the wouldnt give them 2 stars so i wont
