These people FALSELY stole my children! So I sued them and won! They don’t deserve ONE STAR but I was forced to give it to them! They are the worst people I have ever met in my life!!! If they falsely steal your children- file a lawsuit like I did. However! Years later my daughter is still paying the price for what happened to her “in care.” Lifetime scars that no lawsuit can mend. I had to do it to prove my point however! The judges are completely biased & unfair. The public defenders are system players. One nearly cost me my entire life- my children! I remember when I hired a REAL lawyer, the old public defender looked at me when my children were returned & said, In my history as an attorney, I’ve never seen a termination reversed. That was his fault! Never in my life did I believe that CPS was scandalous until I visited Aberdeen & 4 days later they had their claws dug into my family. I was simply VISITING! I did absolutely nothing wrong, hence, my lawsuit & yes we won. We did settle for the sake of my children due to the nature of the case & what happened to both children. It would have traumatized them again to see the foster parents. If your children are falsely stolen by Aberdeen CPS- fight! But you must hire a lawyer! I was in termination & my lawyer barely brought them home. Don’t allow it to get to that point please! My lawyer said had I hired him that my children would have been returned that very week. Do what you have to do. Get your children back because once they have them they think that they belong to them & then it becomes a power trip & they walk all over you. It’s extremely scary & like I said, to this day, my children struggle. I struggle. My daughter especially struggles with what happened to her in their care. I remember the very last time that I went to court to close our my case, the judge told me that he never wanted to see me in “his town again.” Are you freaking kidding me? I didn’t want to come back in that horrible place. Aberdeen is very dark. There’s a dark cloud looming over that place. Not to mention, with that CPS office stealing children for profit- they are bullies. They are unprofessional. They show up to court in street clothes. They aren’t that knowledgeable. And they have one goal. And that is to steal your babies. Go get you a lawyer- work & do what you have to do to get a retainer. Remember, these are YOUR children & YOUR God-given right as long as you are doing nothing wrong. Fight like hell & don’t back down. I could go on & on about this case but won’t.
