The absolute worst delivery service OF ANY KIND that I have EVER seen. How do u explain an OPENED package on the stairs outside in the rain??? Doors open and unlocked. It says apartment #3 right on it! Yet, it’s sitting out in the rain OPEN! Unbelievable. My only question, HOW do you do worse!

The FedEx drop is between both primary (parkinglot-facing) entrances to Safeway. The drop is handled at the Guest Services counter, the same as Western Union transactions. 9AM opening.It is a convenient location for locals, but if you are running short on time: the desk handles multiple company interests. Utilize another dropoff if the parking lot seems busy and you do not plan to take advantage of Safeway for any other concerns/errands.

I watch one of your drivers, in Hoquiam, Wa, drive through the same stop sign daily. My granddaughter plays in that area. When I approached him about running the stop sign repeatedly, he argued and told me I was wrong. Very unprofessional. I’ve tried calling with no response.
